Came here shortly after they opened. A lot of the food was not yet cooked but I was told they could quickly make whatever I order. I got a 2-item combo with string bean chicken and a steak entree. Sure enough, my order was ready in less than 10 minutes. Service was friendly. Food was on-par for what you would expect for a Panda Express. Restaurant was clean. Plenty of free parking.
