Carl's Jr. French fries are excellent. Unlike many others, Carl's fries stay crisp and tasty throughout the time it takes to eat a meal. The famous star I had was fresh, perfectly cooked with crispy lettuce and just the right amount of special sauces.
Excellent location. The staff were so friendly and on top of their game. My food was made fresh to order and brought out to my table at lightning speed. I highly recommend Carls Jr hand battered chicken tenders. I think a lot of people sleep on them but when made fresh such as here in Dana Point - they are an absolute joy to the tastebuds.
