Subway is a popular restaurant known for its tasty sandwiches and friendly service. The staff works hard to provide a good experience, even in challenging situations. The establishment is family-friendly, and customers appreciate the effort the employees put in. Despite some communication issues for non-Spanish speakers, the restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience with delicious food and welcoming staff.
Recently, some customers have expressed concerns about the quality of certain menu items, such as the Krunch topping being stale and the tuna sandwich being unsatisfactory. Additionally, some customers have noticed a decrease in the size or thickness of the sandwiches, which they attribute to "shrinkflation." However, the restaurant maintains its reputation for great service, with customers describing the staff as "appropriately nice/polite."
