Almost every time fresh!It can take time, so I can’t say that I am here every day, but if I am after lunch time, most likely this is where I get the bite.

On multiple occasions now I have gone into this subway at 830am to get the breakfast sandwich I love for my wife and I. It is listed online and in the restaurant that they open at 8am so I figured giving the 30 minute buffer time before I go in should be good. Every time I have been told the food isn’t ready yet and they can’t serve me. Today I walked in and the girl said while pointing at the condiments “as you can see I’m not even close to being set up” so I asked what time they open she said “830-9am” I then said it was 830am currently and why they advertise they open at 9, to which she replied “sorry can’t help you”. I don’t understand why you would advertise an opening time at a business that serves food then turn customers away that come in after opening to get food. Extremely irritating, and I’ve only had this experience at this location.

The female manager here is RUDE. I came in with my fiance and we were both very nice asked her how she was doing today and she snapped at us "CAN I HELP YOU?" with a blank stare. Then she sloppily made my sandwich. She skimped on the meat and I had to ask her to add more. She threw my order into the toaster and the cheese fell off then said she would need to charge for an extra slice. HIRE A NEW MANAGER! She doesn't even speak English, which makes it almost impossible to communicate with her. Worst customer service I have received in years. I come here often and all the other employees have been very nice. Again, get a new manager. This woman should not be working in anything related to customer service.

Hispanic woman who says she is the manager is the most rude service employee I’ve encountered working customer service in a long time. Maybe she’s unhappy with her life, but there is no reason to argue with customers about sandwiches and act angry when we want to substitute something. Totally ridiculous.

In a situation where you need to communicate with the customers, unfortunately the employees are impossible to communicate with unless you speak Spanish. Blasting the World Cup in the corner adds to communication difficulties. Stressful situation.

The subway is very clean, the employees are very friendly, they are always smiling, you feel like you are with friends because of their socialism, like us as customers, Miss Mary and Mr. Cesar

Please do not go to this restaurant, the guy who serves it does not change the gloves and thus charges the customer the full amount and he continues preparing the food with the same gloves. It is truly disgusting. I had an experience so please do not go, can you imagine? How many hands does the money pass and he continues preparing the sawwiss I asked him to please change and he answered me very aggressively the man does not do fair because when the clients go to consume we pay them their salary it is disgusting restaurant is located at 30012 Laguna Niguel

Today august 31st at 1:00PM I went to this location to pick up my order that I placed through the app. When I came in the man working said he didn't get the ticket and I did not do an online order. I proceeded to show him the app and proof of payment along with all the details of my order. He looked and said that's the right address but I will not make your sandwich. I was embarrassed as there were other patrons around so I continued to ask him what I need to do so I can have my sandwich. He actually WALKED away and started to make a sandwich for another customer. I stood at the register and asked for a manager and he said I am the manager and then ignored me again. After continuing to make me stand in front of him asking what I need to do to show additional proof he finally goes what WAS IT?! Then he threw it together and I had to leave with 5 customers watching me. It was the most terrible experience and so embarrassing I will never go here again and I have been coming for years. Attached the photo of my paid receipt so if that horrible man ever decides to look here it will be the proof he snubbed at me. Disgusted, I hope that man is let go or kiss this place goodbye.
