Every time i go to Urbane after a long day, the employees always make me feel welcome with their enthusiasm and good attitude. “I eat frequently at this Jersey Mike's but it isn't the only one I visit. That being said, this store contains some of the best trained team members I have seen out of several locations. In fact, for those of you who can relate, the speed and ease at which these champions of sandwich magic are able to turn out such high quality products is amazing. I would compare it to a finely tuned infield of a baseball team. These guys absolutely KILL IT when it comes to customer service!! “Placed my order at the last minute for a friend that really loves this location. I’m not “that person” who places an order right before the establishment is about to close… but, I was doing a friend a favor so I simply had them place the order and I would pick up the order. When I arrived (15 minutes before closing) I was greeted with a smile, the order was ready and they had me out of there in less than a couple of minutes! Highly recommend! “Okay where do I start?? When I entered the store area I was greeted with irritation from the older gentleman and he gave off an energy I would call hate almost but with extreme tact.

I told him I would like the multigrain bread because my daughter had made an online order using the subway app. I guess he assumed that all three (3) sandwiches were going to be the same instead of actually looking at the order. She placed the order literally right before we got to the counter but we wanted to watch.

Then here comes this young man named Connor who the other guy pushed our order onto just to take the people behind us instead of helping Connor with our order.

I love subway and have been eating with the company as long as I can remember. The attention and patience that Connor showed my daughter and myself made me feel better even tho we were looked over and shifted to the side.

He made sure to make my Sandwich the way I wanted. He should be management and train the others how to be subway artist!!

“Stayed at Hampton Inn. I ordered from my phone in the lobby. Went up stairs. Got to my room, sent 3 texts and 'knock knock knock'. I have heard the commercials, but this was scary fast!! They would 100% legit have beat police or fire fighters there. You want food in under 10 mins from order to delivery? Do this Jimmy Johns. Food is good. To be honest, JJ is not my favorite sandwich place. I don't think the food is "great", but it is what I expected and it was good. So, I do recommend it.“
