I placed an order online and unfortunately it was made incorrectly. I called the establishment to address my concerns and experienced probably one of the worst customer service support ever. This young man stated I was lying about my order being wrong and I stated multiple times that I would send pictures to support my complaint. Today, I went to this shop between 2pm - 3 pm with my little son and my mother, and the person who worked in the shop was very rude and uneducated. I have called the shop twice so far, but no one answered, so I can complain about this gentleman, but I know that I will definitely call and report tomorrow.
