I placed an order online and unfortunately it was made incorrectly. I called the establishment to address my concerns and experienced probably one of the worst customer service support ever. This young man stated I was lying about my order being wrong and I stated multiple times that I would send pictures to support my complaint. Between being interrupted, spoken over, poor attitude, all around rude service, I am in disgust with how workers have little to no customer service skills. I was hung up on and I had to call back on a different number. Do not go to this location. Quality of the food is horrible! The workers are immature and unprofessional! If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is not what it used to be and it's sad.Update: I was asked to remove my review. I would be doing future customers and this establishment a disservice if I removed my review. Clearly, this is a reoccurring theme at this location, bad service and bad food quality.I called back to speak with the manager and the employees wouldn't allow me to speak to one. This subway location is a joke! The girl on the phone called me a liar, she started to mock me and repeat what I was saying. At this point it's management's irresponsible training and judge of character hiring kids that don't value having a job and hold integrity.

Today, I went to this shop between 2pm - 3 pm with my little son and my mother, and the person who worked in the shop was very rude and uneducated. I have called the shop twice so far, but no one answered, so I can complain about this gentleman, but I know that I will definitely call and report tomorrow. I called first because I really wanted to tell the owner of this shop that this person is ruining your shop and business, and now I am writing this review to say that this person is really not a good worker.

Leadership! You need to figure it out. You need more people working. Perform your due diligence and seek and hire more people. One guy behind the counter at all times. Not fair to him nor the customers. It's on leadership. Stop trying to save a buck. Hire more people. That way you can have happy people working.

It's subway to respond to the owner. If you are going to remodel change the appearance close the shop get it done and move on.You have building materials in the dinning area that is not pleasant to see when you walk into the dinning area.Your staff has gotten a little bit better but let's be honest the tables were dirty full of bread crums you have 2 guys behind the counter picking their nose and a dirty dinning area and you want to impress me. I was being polite but let me be honest with ya I would not be going back. It does not take 2 people to make a sandwich it takes 1 and when you have a empty dinning area with every table full of bread crums and trash you want me to be impressed try again.The dinning area tells me how clean your kitchen area is.The vegetables looked frozen tomatoes specially, lettuce looked dry, and other veggies looked like they were old.Seriously impressed not even a little bit I was actually kind of disgusted with your establishment

The person who made our sandwiches today was rude & called a woman the "b" word under his breath. He said he was the manager. Do not come here.
Will never come back to this specific location. Was treated with disrespect. The male worker behind the counter was very rude and made negative comments about having to toss all of the chips that my very young toddler had touched. In addition, they blasted the music like it was Club Subway so I couldn't hear the toilet flush after using their bathroom.

Second time eating in this place and we're not coming back due the inappropriate behavior of this staff (w/mustache ) he is not nice and very disrespectful even to the elderly women .I'm so sorry for the other staff who's nice and they're doing their job well but I think they are also affected to this disrespectful staff ,imagine yelling to an old lady (w/walker))telling them "thank you for leaving your mess"in front of other customers and the lady replied saying "you have a terrible personality to the public "hope this will be heard by the management .

The person who prepared my sandwich was very rude and impolite. When I asked to change one of the toppings, he showed a bad attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable. This employee's behavior was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Subway as a company. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. It's disappointing to see such a lack of customer service, and I hope he will receive proper training on how to interact with customers in a professional manner.

Visit this location today , had to trash my wife sandwich, the guy name him self Juan was super rude , very bad attitude ! We left with our even finish , also 2 more people left because of his behavior, I ask for supervisor he lough and tell me call and I’ll answer you . It’s a waste to go there

I use to love ordering your veggie patties. Now your veggie patties taste so nasty. Why you have to change the patties. What happened with the old way, garbanzo beans veggie patties, was so delicious. Now filled with disgusting vegetables and I can't even eat them, it was so nasty!
