“This is place is great! The food is phenomenal! The chicken is cooked to perfection! We had both rotisserie and spicy chicken with the lemon garlic potatoes and corn on the cob. Even our 16 month old liked the food! It's easily the best place to eat in the food court, no question!“
“I really just wanted a snack. I do love the single chicken tender option. Using the app, I place the order online. There is plenty of parking out front although with the addition of the coffee and Mendocino Farms a little congested. Inside the location was Poppin.Good music was playing. I approached the counter and gave the female cashier my name. It was ready about a minute later. I ordered a single chicken tender with no spice but normally I do light spice, which is what I prefer. A tender was juicy and a pretty decent portion. It comes served on a slice of white bread with Dave's sauce. It was a perfect snack. I've been here multiple times, but this is my first review. Generally I get a single slider light spice and my hubs gets a slider tender combo with fries. It is a lot of food. The macaroni and cheese is really cheesy too.“
“Wow! What a place, some of the better hot chicken I've had, let alone in Orange County. The hot is a dry-rub and HOT. The fried onion is perfection, and I can't recommend coming here enough.They have a big menu, too, with a lot of variety.“

“Very nice manager on duty Ty for the salad dressing. Didn’t expect good customer service but was happy to get it. Very kind. Ordered the chicken and shrimp tostada also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the shrimp so I had to leave a review. I don’t get his name but he was working the counter yesterday when I came in for lunch. I’ll come in more regularly to patronize this establishment because I believe in supporting businesses/franchises that still value customer service and courtesy with patrons. “The cooks and staff were ON POINT!!! My first time at this location and my pollo bowl was delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and the condiments were FRESH. What a pick-me-up during lunch. I'll definitely be back! Caution with the drive-thru...it's VERY narrow!“
“The restaurant was very clean, when I ordered, Mary was very friendly with a very good attitude, while I was waiting for my order I went to the bathroom and I was surprised by how clean it was. It's very rare to see such clean bathrooms in fast food restaurants... which I really appreciate.Excellent place to eat quietly“

I'm there every morning...and love the staff...then she came on board and I could notice the difference in morale...its not as jovial as usual! Definitely not what is expected at any Chick-fil-A!“

For some reason though, I keep having a problem--like more than half the time--when I order a Chick Fil A Deluxe sandwich and I do anything like switch the regular cheese to pepper jack (or even Colby Jack, today), more often than not I get a Spicy Deluxe sandwich when I pickup. I always order online so it's not a matter of mishearing my order. Hopefully this feedback helps somehow. Thanks.“
“The service is good and the atmosphere is great but honestly I think the food is just average. I'm not really sure what all the hype is about. Plus I think they should come out with either plant-based chicken fingers or lab grown chicken fingers because chicken is becoming very environmentally unsustainable.“
“The food is always great, standard of what you'd expect .. & the staff here is very kind; fast food isn't an easy job and things happen; we totally get that & when we came through not to long ago, they missed two or three items in the bags, smaller sides but nonetheless it wasn't ideal, we called and they apologized and had us come back & gave us the missing items and then some as an apology, they didn't give us excuses or argument, just excellent service, we appreciated the kind workers here going above and beyond to make it right.
