Jeff and Gavin and the staff are super helpful and got my order on time.
When I was here the worker, Gavin helped me out I told him I needed the new “ PUNCHMADE VERITY MEAL “ and he saluted to me and said “ verity verity verity verity verity “, I was quite pleased with this because he then put in a order of a 20 pc with a Diet Coke, he knew that Marlon was in the building and that I don’t drink regular coke because I have to MOG and slay the ltb’s. I got my food and it had extra VER1TY sauce on it freaky style....read full review
Gavin was amazing and genuinely the sweetest man. Kfc we will be picking you over The McDonald’s, the Starbucks and the El Pollo Loco, which are all in the same plaza just to talk to Gavin. Gavin you made our day, thanks for being so awesome.

KFC in Lake Forest offers consistent and satisfying meals. The 8-piece bucket for $10 is a great deal, featuring crispy and flavorful chicken. The 10-piece chicken nugget for $5 is also good, though a bit small. The mobile app allows for convenient pickup scheduling. The service is friendly, and the spicy chicken sandwich combo is juicy and hot, with nicely spiced fries. Customer service is always on point and quick, making it a good meal option for a quick and affordable dining experience.
However, the building may be due for a full repipe, as the women's restroom shows signs of rust. Some customers have pointed out that sitting on the toilet feels uncomfortable. Despite these issues, the staff has been noted as great, and the quality of the food remains high, with chicken breasts often described as juicy and fresh. While the chicken tenders may not always be as hot or juicy, the overall cleanliness of this KFC location is appreciated compared to others.
