When there is no one else in the drive thru late at night and I use my McDonald's app to apply a deal to my order, why do you make me exit the drive thru and go back around thru it when I am simply trying to use my points to get my free item? It's ridiculous! It's a non payment item and it can be redeemed immediately - not 13 minutes after like you have to wait when using a deal.
