Marc went above and beyond Customerservice. He was so helpful and friendly making sure my food was made fast and hot! The best Pollo Loco around if you want some good chicken and salsa with some good sides come here immediately.

The restaurant was very clean, when I ordered, Mary was very friendly with a very good attitude, while I was waiting for my order I went to the bathroom and I was surprised by how clean it was. It's very rare to see such clean bathrooms in fast food restaurants... which I really appreciate.Excellent place to eat quietly
