Love this El Pollo Loco near my work. I’ve been coming herea lot for over two years since my job moved into the area, and the food is consistently good every single time. The manager and staff are always friendly, welcoming, and on top of things. Reliable spot with great service.
The employees are so KIND.
Usually just drive through on the way to a venue.
Healthy option for fast food. Chicken is moist and fresh. The ingredients are well-balanced. Usually have the chicken tostada salad. Burritos are also very good.
The inside is clean and organized for efficiency to get utensils and napkins if needed.
There is adequate parking if you don't drive through. Seems like they always have a coupon available to try something new, like a double chicken tostada salad, or avocado...read full review

El Pollo Loco opens on time and has a very clean establishment, including the restrooms. The staff, such as Mary, are friendly and have a good attitude. It is a great place to eat quietly and enjoy a meal. However, there have been instances where the restaurant was not open at the posted time and the drive-thru was not available.
