Sitting on the toilet (admittedly as a broader broad) feels like you're waiting for suntea in granny's rocker on the porch. Needs a new flange and to be remounted at the minimum.

So as to avoid having to do it again sooner, rather than later, consider the repiping.

Of note the manager seemed like this is one of his biggest stressers... trying to get his bosses to agree to the job, while trying to still assuage customers who go through the experience.“

“The Chick-Fil-A in Foothill Ranch is excellent! The chicken nuggets, waffle fries, Mac and cheese, and fruit cups are always freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! My two toddler sons and I go to this location approximately twice a week, and every visit I am always impressed by how good the service is and how incredibly CLEAN everything is. My sons absolutely love coming here, because the food is so yummy and they love playing in the indoor playground. Additionally, the owner of the Chick-Fil-A is amazing! She is very kind, helpful, and generous with customers. She takes the time to talk with my toddler sons every visit and it is evident that she truly cares about providing guests with a great experience! This is literally the BEST Chick-Fil-A location, and I highly recommend checking it out!“

“Okay, so the food was seriously good. The chicken was moist, crispy, and super well-seasoned. You could tell it was really good quality Halal chicken. The french fries were very good, I'd go back just for them. Now, the service was pretty slow and not great because there was only one person working. She was mostly in the kitchen, so the front wasn't really being attended to. The dining area itself was quiet, not super clean, but there is an outdoor seating spot. Still, the food definitely made up for the downsides.“

“El Pollo Loco on Greenfield in Laguna Niguel is one of the best locations in our area. Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! If you want a good Apollo experience come to the Greenfield location, ask for Isabel, you won't be disappointed!!“

“Only ever tried the Fire Fries and this is my first time ordering here so I don't know if this is normal for these fries or if I got a weird batch but these are SPICY. I am able to down a pack of Buldak x2 Spicy without a problem so when I say the Fire Fries are spicy, I mean it hurts like the fries hate you, burns it's way down, and while the tongue eventually settles down, my gut is bubbling and it's so painful, I can barely sit straight. Delicious!“

(I do feel when 4 people around the counter there is no reason to not acknowledge someone with a hello.) However, what made it right. The person apologized. I really liked seeing the tables and seats being cleaned, the food being brought out. “I wish there was one closer to the Fresno area. I’m a sucker for good popcorn chicken and this one absolutely didn’t disappoint. The chicken was cooked just right. The meat was still nice and juicy. The one thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the fish cake. It tasted like a fishy mochi. Scratch that it wasn’t bad but I would get it again. The chicken for sure is where it was at. The service was friend and the place had a few seats but it was more of a to go place. Oh and the sauces that I got especially the J&G sauce was like a spicy mayo was very good. I think it’s even better than the Cane sauce and would go good with the Raising Cane chicken.“

“The fried chicken is on point. Good crunch, taste, everything right. The fries could be good, but they’re always soggy when doing take away. Soggy already at pick up. I really wish you would stop using closed boxes, trapping all the moisture. Instead use the same type of boxes as for the chicken, so the fries stay crunchy as well.“
