El Pollo Loco is a recommended restaurant with friendly staff, clean dining area, and delicious food. The drive-thru service is quick and extensive menu selections, especially Mexican style food. However, the mobile order service lacks napkins, salsa, and utensils, with grumpy staff. Despite this, it remains a favorite spot for many, with a highly recommended double chicken avocado salad. Quick service and great customer service make it a top choice for a meal out.
