Chicken Shops near Laguna Hills, CA

“Amazing fried chicken!! Tenders are so yummy and love that you can adjust the spice levels out of the 4 options and even do half and half. Great place to grab a bite with a friend, Jacob was especially kind and have top notch service.

They also have grilled chicken!!“

“Good quality chicken . Love it“

“I went here and ordered my usual which is a box of chicken nuggets, a box of chicken strips, a kale crunch, and a large iced tea. Chick-Fil-A takes the same here in Los Angeles vs Miami. The strips arent as greasy as Popeyes. overall very good“

“We will return. Great food and much cleaner than any other One we have been too.“

“The food is high quality and they offer a large array of options such as cauliflower for my vegetarian friends. The meat is also halal which makes me feel more comfortable with what im eating. The staff are helpful and friendly. The place is well maintained, not usually crowded and clean.“

“This is The Red Bird Hot Chicken & Fries in Lake Forest, and if you need a quick bite that doesn’t destroy your wallet, this one starts at just $10.

The Chicken Rice Bowl comes loaded with juicy hot chicken, rice, lettuce, tomato, and both their Famous White and Big Bird sauces.

But if you’re a hot chicken traditionalist, get the sandwich.

Crispy, juicy chicken with slaw, pickles, Big Bird Sauce, plus fries on the side.

And apparently one form of chicken wasn’t enough for me, so we also tried the Chicken Caesar Wrap. 😂“

“Very good food. Good service. Kind employees. They have events from the local mosque advertised here. I got the extra hot chicken sandwich and a five pack of wings. The wings were a bit messy. The sandwich had the right amount of heat. Small shop and very good“

“I’m a regular here and don’t usually review places, but the team members in front are always very kind, especially Austin. He always offers a water cup whenever I have to wait a while for my pickup order and is great at customer service. Food is great and tastes even better when he’s up front.“

“Food was so amazing 😋 . Love this place. I come here regularly and I have built a connection with a very nice worker named Farouk. We have talked about football and other things before. Outstanding service and food. Definitely recommend 💯“

“Really impressed by how consistent this place is. I’ve ordered from multiple locations and the quality has always been solid. The Hainan chicken is flavorful, the broth is comforting, and everything tastes fresh. It’s healthy without feeling boring. Perfect quick lunch option when you want something filling but not too heavy.“

“What yummy delicious juicy chicken!“

“Great food. Super nice staff. Thank you. When they say it’s spicy believe them. Dare is almost unbearable. I wouldn’t dare try the double dare. Soooo good.“

“I went through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru and jokingly asked the guy at the window if he could sprinkle some love on my food. Without missing a beat, he blew a kiss to my bag and even made a heart with his hands! It absolutely made my day. It was one of the sweetest customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you for going above and beyond to make a simple meal so memorable!“

“The best food great Service clean restaurant always fast“

“10 out of 10 completely. if you're looking for that chicken that just falls into pieces as you take a bite this is a spot to go to it is amazing and tender“

“walked in figuring it was gonna be just ok, but it was actually so good that im still thinking about it... tofu was perfectly chewy and the sauce had this instant kick...

food came out alot faster than I expected, total surprise“

“Great service and very clean“

“My hangout, healthy choices and some items under $5 while earning points “

“An old favorite is back! Historic staple of Capo Beach is got a shiny new interior and serving your favorites including enchiladas, tacos of many varieties, big burritos and Lucy's special nachos and of course cold beer or Mexican coke if you prefer. Stop in.“

“Love this place there food is so clean and tasty. Best chicken spot I have been to. I have been to almost all of them from Dave’s to hotties to Breds. But this one by far is the tastiest and most juicy. If you like your chicken juicy and crispy this is the place to try. Try them out asap if you havnt yet.“

“I come here almost 3 times a week...really good“

“Great food! Friendly staff! And CLEAN!!!!“

“El Pollo Loco on Greenfield in Laguna Niguel is one of the best locations in our area. Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! If you want a good Apollo experience come to the Greenfield location, ask for Isabel, you won't be disappointed!!“

“This place is one of the better fast food options in the area. Customer service is always great and quick. The food is significantly better quality than Chronic Tacos across the way. They do sometimes forget the salsa or miss something like a side of guac, so you may have to double check your order before taking it home. But overall great value for your money.“

“La quesadillas de pollo con guacamole me gusta mucho. thankyou guys.“

“You can tell this is a family owned business that really cares about its quality. All the chicken are freshly fried, that's why there is a bit of a wait. The waffle is actually my favorite, super crispy, best waffles I've had in a while.“

“Only ever tried the Fire Fries and this is my first time ordering here so I don't know if this is normal for these fries or if I got a weird batch but these are SPICY. I am able to down a pack of Buldak x2 Spicy without a problem so when I say the Fire Fries are spicy, I mean it hurts like the fries hate you, burns it's way down, and while the tongue eventually settles down, my gut is bubbling and it's so painful, I can barely sit straight. Delicious!“

“I ❤️ their boba! I traveled 30 min to go here!“

“I love this El Pollo Loco. I have been coming here for years but today felt compelled to write this review after a bad experience at the Costa Mesa location on Bristol. The service at this location is exceptional. They customize items for me and go above and beyond for customers. Their food is always delicious and the dining area is spacious and clean. They understand the rewards program and thankfully dont have kiosks! Thank you La Paz El Pollo Loco.“

“Once the person at the register realized I hadn’t been helped everything was smooth sailing after that. (I do feel when 4 people around the counter there is no reason to not acknowledge someone with a hello.) However, what made it right. The person apologized. I really liked seeing the tables and seats being cleaned, the food being brought out. Plus, what I really liked in the middle of my honey packet and stick fingers they came by with hand wipes and mints. Then back and took my tray when I was done. Sending that person around with those gestures is chefs kiss. And the restrooms were clean and hand sanitizer was in clear sight.“

“This El Pollo Loco location is always solid! The chicken is perfectly fire-grilled, juicy, and full of flavor every time. The sides are fresh, the portions are generous, and everything tastes made-to-order. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Quick service and consistently good food — definitely one of my go-to spots!“

“Food is always good and yummy. Love their sweet tea and kids meals are the best.“

“Great 👍 n very patient servers! Always helpful.“

“Great experience at El Pollo Loco! The chicken was fresh, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and had a delicious fire-grilled flavor. The sides were tasty, portions were generous, and everything was served quickly. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. A great option when you want something flavorful and satisfying without feeling like typical fast food. Definitely coming back!“

“Stopped here for some chicken sandwiches. We enjoy the spicy and original sandwiches and recommend them.

A little disappointed as our old regular chick fil a would allow us to order our fries well done. This one won’t. We like them well done!“

“Great staff. Kids friendly.❤️🙏🏻“

“They make tasty food in the services typically always good but the size of the chicken fingers is about half of what it used to be 5 years ago which is kind of they make tasty food in the services typically always good but the size of the chicken fingers is about half of what it used to be 5 years ago which is kind of annoying“

“Love this El Pollo Loco near my work. I’ve been coming herea lot for over two years since my job moved into the area, and the food is consistently good every single time. The manager and staff are always friendly, welcoming, and on top of things. Reliable spot with great service.“

“I finally tried Jollibee in the seafood city and the chicken definitely lived up to the hype. The fried chicken was extremely crispy and crunchy without being overly greasy, and the spicy chicken had a much bigger kick than I expected, which I ended up really enjoying.

For sides, we tried the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. They were decent, but neither stood out compared to the chicken. The dessert was probably my least favorite part of the meal. It was overwhelmingly sweet for my taste, although some of my family members enjoyed it more than I did.

Overall, the chicken was easily the highlight and is what I’d come back for. The meal did leave my stomach feeling a little upset afterward, but honestly, the chicken was good enough that I’d still consider returning. If you’re visiting for the first time, the spicy chicken is definitely worth trying.“

“This place is a Taiwanese fried chicken restaurant and is a different style of fried chicken that is softer and less crunchy. It is much less heavy and does not make you feel too lethargic after. You order at the tablet and pick up at the counter. Very chill and casual spot with friendly staff are fair prices.“

“I have been to this location a handful of times and have always enjoyed this location. Their staff is always friendly, polite and they are very efficient on getting orders out. Love that they have a play area now!

First time ever experiencing Cow Appreciation Day! We ordered, turned around it was already coming out before we even had a table - so fast! Huge shoutout to Moses, Neal, Angel, Wendell, Nick and Adam! They treated us like family and helped the kids have a fun time at cow appreciation day! Can’t wait till the next event! 🐄“

“The staff here were so kind, friendly, and accommodating! They made sure both me and my toddler were comfortable and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. The manager was especially wonderful—super nice and welcoming. Great customer service all around!“

“Yesterday i came in For lunch Right before i started eating i notice two asian people Came in a Started changing the air conditioning filters A big no-noo specialy during bussines hours and with out covering the salsa bar or any other area I asked the manager to stop them, he came out talk to them and the continued any way Check my facebook photos and videos...“

“I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I wanted to share my honest experience because I truly enjoy this place.

I occasionally dine in or pick up BBQ Chicken from the Irvine Cypress location to enjoy with my family, and the food is always delicious. I believe the fresh ingredients make a big difference. It’s not just my opinion—my friends have also said that this is some of the best chicken they’ve had recently.

What makes the experience even better is how friendly and welcoming the staff are. The servers are always very kind, and the owner is exceptionally friendly and attentive to customers as well.

The restaurant is also spacious, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family, friends, or a larger group. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.“

“We had to wait about 5 minutes for our food but it was worth the wait! The chicken was really good! I've been to other locations where the chicken was terrible. So much so that this was the last time I was going to try KFC. But I will be back to this location only!“

“The food quality wasn’t very good, and the fries were bitter and tasted old, which was disappointing.

Anessa who helped us with our order was incredibly patient and kind. She took the time to explain the options, answer all of our questions, and genuinely made sure we ordered exactly what we wanted. She didn’t rush us at all, and her recommendations were actually very helpful.

Her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude really made a difference. Employees like her are what make a place stand out, even when the food experience isn’t the best.“

“This visit was a bit different for me—not due to any issue with the service or the quality of the food, which were both solid. I genuinely enjoy Chick‑fil‑A, but the breakfast portion felt smaller than expected for the price point. My feedback reflects this specific breakfast experience only and shouldn’t be taken as a critique of the store or the organization overall.“

“The fried chicken is on point. Good crunch, taste, everything right. The fries could be good, but they’re always soggy when doing take away. Soggy already at pick up. I really wish you would stop using closed boxes, trapping all the moisture. Instead use the same type of boxes as for the chicken, so the fries stay crunchy as well.“

“When I was here the worker, Gavin helped me out I told him I needed the new “ PUNCHMADE VERITY MEAL “ and he saluted to me and said “ verity verity verity verity verity “, I was quite pleased with this because he then put in a order of a 20 pc with a Diet Coke, he knew that Marlon was in the building and that I don’t drink regular coke because I have to MOG and slay the ltb’s. I got my food and it had extra VER1TY sauce on it freaky style. Gavin then came to my table and whispered verity in my ears and then proceeded to tell me he was “escaping the matrix” with his friend, bhagyesh Padwal.“

“These guys went above and beyond having known it was a chilly night to be eating outdoor, they provided us with blankets! What a touch of service-golden!“
