The restaurant was very clean, when I ordered, Mary was very friendly with a very good attitude, while I was waiting for my order I went to the bathroom and I was surprised by how clean it was. It's very rare to see such clean bathrooms in fast food restaurants... which I really appreciate.Excellent place to eat quietly

This El Pollo Loco restaurant excels in service and quality/taste of the food that they present. We go there frequently because the personnel always treat us as friends and we receive fast service. The food is always fresh and well prepared. Great place to have a good meal.

I work close to this location. I always go through the drive thru as I am handicapped and it is hard for me to get around. Last week when I went thru Laura A. Was at the window. Every time she has been at the window it's horrible. The line is always long because she gets everyone's order wrong including mine. She is also very rude. I asked her to repeat my order but she ignored me so then I asked for my receipt as I don't think she got my order correct. She handed it to me and shut the window. I was trying to get her attention as the receipt was wrong. She ignored me. I flipped her off. Today I thought I would try again. Elizabet helped me and scolded me repeatedly. Usually she is great. Always gets the order correct & keeps the line moving. I didn't appreciate her attitude. She said she was there last week so if she was why didn't she open the window and tell me even though my receipt was wrong she made sure my order was correct. I was in tears and stressed the rest of the day. As I said I am disabled. I am 67 years old and had a stroke so everything is an effort & stressful. The drive thru shouldn't be an added stress.

Pollo loco is my go to place for healthy fast food. The flavor of the food is delicious. One thing to improve on is elimination of non nutritious iceberg lettuce and replacing it with healthy romaine and spinach.

This is a good little El Pollo Loco. The food is always fresh and made to order. They always get our order correct and they remember all the dressing and salsa that I order. I order through the app and my food is ready to go when I arrive so I've never sat and dined inside but it's always clean and the beverage station is maintained. I am still sad that they no longer have my favorite iced tea, but I still come here for the food. I also feel like there could be a different selection of sides when ordering a chicken meal. And I feel like I was overcharged for a side of chips, it was 2.49 for a small bag of plain tortilla chips. Other than that, this is a good place for a quick dinner.

To me it seems like this place has really cleaned up its act. It's El Pollo Loco, so you shouldn't expect fine dining but it's quick, easy and efficient. I wish the taco carbon had fresher chicken in it. Mine was fairly dried out, but the service was good and the prices are on point in the drive-through moved quickly. Keep up the good work

This location is close to my work and I am there a lot. The service is always good and the food is good and healthy. I like their carnitas but they only have it periodically. I wish they would keep it on the menu full time. Overall I think this is one of the best El Pollo's I've eaten at.
