“The donuts here are "gangster" quality good. These are the donuts I grew up with - high quality and made to perfection. Sadly the places that rhyme with "pumpkins" are now just a product of taking something that made them successful and chipping away 10% at a time until it's not recognizable. This place has some of the best donuts in south OC. I have several other places that are closer but this place is better so I go here. Also - the staff are courteous and welcoming - something most donut places don't even have a concept of.“

“This is DEFINITELY the hidden South Orange County gem that the true locals around here know all about! Very friendly service. Donuts are great but their sandwiches are EXCELLENT. My tip: Always go with their longest length sandwich. I go with either pastrami, egg, or veggie sandwich -depending on the mood and always with everything on it. You get to choose a donut -I always go with plain, maple bar, chocolate cake, or chocolate frosted donut. Lastly you get a drink -I recommend the unsweetened ice tea. Why? “We love this donut shop! We visit after our weekly ballet class at Tutu School, my girls look forward to the friendly service, and delicious and yummy offerings (their favorites include the giant cinnamon rolls, donut holes, maple bars and my personal favorite is their muffins). We usually opt for milk, chocolate milk, Martinelli's apple cider, or coconut water to go along with our donuts - but they have a plethora of beverage options and before pregnancy, I used to love their coffees (they're delicious). Also, the shop is very clean and beautifully decorated (lovely floors and I always enjoy their orchids). And there's a large selection of custom shakes/smoothies and handcrafted sandwiches - the pictures look incredible, but we haven't tried them yet as the donuts/muffins always win us over, haha.“
“I was looking for a donut place that was in my way to work and found this by accident. The chocolate cake and chocolate old fashioned are the ?. When you bite into it, they have a bit of crunch to it; not cakey like some other places. If you get there by 7am, all donuts should be in the case. Also the cinnamon rolls are very good.“

“Great donuts at understandable prices. We went on a busy Friday morning, and the person behind the counter was fast, friendly, and efficient. I did have to go back inside because I didn't get any napkins, and they aren't out on the counter to just grab, but she handed me a nice handful. The donuts look and taste amazing. “Omg!!! The pupusas here are so amazing! They are honestly some of the best I have had in my lifetime. They are definitely freshly made you can hear them in the back cooking them, they come with the cabbage and sauce along with a nice spicy pepper if you want to kick up the heat. “I've complimented their burritos, donuts and coffee before but this weekend I had the ABC Omelette (avocado, bacon, cheese plus side of toast and hash browns) and I was impressed! Everything came out freshly cooked in reasonable time and they even split the plate for my wife and I (as we were planning to do amongst ourselves but that was a delightful surprise). It was delicious! Come in and try a plate for a change. You won't be disappointed. A+ service.“
“I didn't get a picture of the burrito. But wow it was so good!!! I went twice while I was there over the weekend - got a lunch and a breakfast burrito and I could have gone again! The burrito is filling but doesn't make you feel overly stuffed. Additional green sauce is a must! The breakfast sandwich is great and is a great lighter option. The donuts looked really good but we didn't get one. I would recommend the mango smoothie too!!“

My go to is a ham and cheese croissant and a small coffee. I also enjoy their corn tamales very much. This place is great to come and get a quick and tasty breakfast. But while that may be an indication of no popularity, WHENEVER, I mention mochi donuts, all my friends always think of Mochinut. No matter what time I come in (usually at night), they always have a wonderful selection of flavors, with lemon being my favorite. Their texture is spot on and most importantly, repeat it with me people, it's NOT TOO SWEET. ughh I love it. They're not too sugary or heavy, but it still feels indulgent.
