“I’m from SC. I wanted to surf fish while here and brought a rod/reel with me on the plane. I’m here for 5 days total. On day 1 I wanted to try a local doughnut. I saw they had gluten free. I don’t need it but my kids do. I bought some from a dude in a flannel shirt. I thought it weird, but it’s California so whatever. I got them back to the place we were staying and we all sampled about six different doughnuts. 🤯 OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I’m a Krispy Kreme lifer but DANG THESE ARE GOOD. Today I went back and bought 6 more. These are expensive so there went my fishing budget but it’s worth it because my kids and enlaws loved it. My father enlaw said the maple bacon should be illegal it’s so good. Listen there are a lot of choices here but if you are going to try just 1 or several this should be your first stop and if like me it will be the only one you need. I’m not big on California, sorry, but the only thing better than the weather and scenery are these incredible doughnuts. 🤯“

“Came here a few weeks ago with my little one, was purchasing a couple of donuts, a bottle of milk and a can of Coke. I didn’t realize they didn’t accept Discover cards, only Visa and Mastercard if I’m not mistaken. Long story short, my card declined and a sweet, older woman working that morning said I could leave my name and number and take my items, so long as I came back and paid what I owed. Of course I went back during my lunch break that very same day to get some cash and headed straight to the donut shop to pay my total. The kind lady didn’t have to do that, she could’ve just said “sorry, come back next time”, but she saw my babygirl with me and said she couldn’t let us leave without our treats ❤‍🩹 thank you so much for your trust and generosity. “Small cafe with a few table but crowded to place your order next to the donut case. Donuts were fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly and accommodating however the breakfast burrito was not the best - lack of egg and needing a crispy element. The breakfast taco was really good though - potato and bacon (crispy) instead of egg.“

“Great donuts and kind employees. When I go here, it's usually at 5am right when they open and I pick up a dozen donuts, some muffins, and often a ham and cheese croissant. The donuts are always fresh and still coming out, and the croissants are fresh and hot. Their old fashion glaze, old fashion maple, and powdered cake donuts are my favorites 👍. Also really like the fat free bran muffin😄!“

We were craving donuts and ended up stopping here right before closing. I used to come here as a kid and the donuts have always been delicious!
The owner was soooo kind and gave us a few extra donuts. We ate a lot of them in the car because they were so tasty. Definitely recommend! We will come back the next time we are in the US! Thank you!“

“Please come here and try the Salvadoran food. Service was great and the donuts were good but the real reason to come here is the other food items available.
We tried the jalapeno and cheese and the mixed meat pupusa's and they were fantastic. We also had the fried plantains with beans and sour cream which was delicious. Had fries and a Salvadoran pork tamale as well.

“It’s rare to find a place that makes good yeast and cake donuts, but they were both delicious here. I knew when I picked up the glazed donut—lighter than I expected, and it did not disappoint! The orange glazed cake donut was bright and citrusy, and the blueberry was tender and flavorful. We also ordered a burrito and the Denver omelet. Burrito was quite large, although the sausage was breakfast links, not crumbled.“

“Hidden gem! The staff at Forest Cafe was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. I have a pork allergy and they went out of their way to make sure my meal was safe, which I really appreciated.

I had the enchiladas and was honestly pleasantly surprised. I’m super picky with Mexican food because I can make it at home, but every single bite was delicious and full of flavor! My friend ordered the huevos rancheros and said they were exceptional as well.

I was at the plaza where Efren’s bakery is and saw on a facebook group recommending this bakery so decided to try it out, didn’t disappoint! Our guests loved the cake as well! We devoured it!
