The best pastries and bake goods in the OC area! I ordered everything from here and can’t get enough! Kian is the owner and chef/baker of the Diotima Bakehouse and he knocks it out of the park. This is by far the most amazing and delicious bakehouse/bakery in the OC. Absolutely made with the best ingredients and so fresh! The owner Kian is so talented and exactly what the area needs to revamp its neighborhoods. You come in and can feel it's so clean and well managed, everyone is enjoying themselves, laughing, interacting with the staff and customers, and the service and ambience make you want to just stay in there all day and try everything! This is a great place for delicious pastries. Small company, quiet inside, everything is freshly made into delicious. They try innovative new recipes for food and beverages, and their offerings Change which is fun! Their Cup of Joy latte is my favorite coffee drink. They are centrally located in Mission Viejo but are are not open every day, which is my only complaint!
