Loved the matcha and food from here! Both the horchata matcha and strawberry matcha were great, and the additional flavors didn't overpower the matcha too much. I recommend both. The toasts were also great, and we asked for extra red chili flakes on the side which they kindly provided us. It's an okay spot to study. Great coffee and food. The Croffle's at 2pm are AMAZING. The only thing better than the food and coffee is Kira and Britany who make everyone feel like a regular. It's kinda like a modern day "Cheers" for coffee. Go try it!

It's surrounded by tall buildings and you will have to park in the parking structure behind them (to which everyone knew except my friend and i).
