“Supposed to be a brown sugar shaken espresso but every Wednesday and Thursday all our drinks with coffee come as milk. Not sure if training new people or something? But espresso is always missing Wednesday and Thursday FULLY. We get the same order everyday lol so hit or miss the past couple weeks.“
“I heard a lot of people criticizing the location of the coffee shop because it is close to the entrance. However, I usually go there a little after the highschool ends (around 4 I think is a good time or before 3:20) so that it's not too busy. I probably waited there once for 2min so honestly if you plan out then I think you should be fine.For Starbucks itself, the only thing I took before was the bottled orange juice; but then someone introduced me to it and usually go there once a week. They have a big variety of drinks and don't be scared of trying out different things because it might just be worth it and THE WINTER SPECIALS ARE BACK so go try them out! Like I said, I only go there weekly so I don't spend that much money on it and I think it's fun to just hangout with a coffee cup or even work (not this Starbucks though because it is inside an Albertsons).“

“This is my favorite Starbucks of all time. I drive all the way across town just to come to this location. Sanchez makes it that much more special, his high vibing energy is contagious and everyone is always so kind and courteous even the customers! I've never had a bad experience coming here. Thank you guys for all that you do.“
“I love this location, staff is typically really friendly and works hard behind the counter. Always pretty great attitudes and I actually like sitting inside and doing a little work while enjoying my drink sometimes and can't say that about a lot of other locations. this Starbucks has a good vibe - I must say; it stands apart from most :)“

“If you like continuity, this may not be the place for you. I like the fact that each worker has their own variable in the syrup, caramel and other additions while still creating a strong shot of caffeine to boost your energy and get you through the 3PM lull.“

“Not a bad Starbucks location here at the San Clemente Outlets. I usually stop by when I come to the OC Cars & Coffee event here every Saturday morning. 9 - 11 am.Today was just like another Saturday. It was super busy, it took us about 30 minutes from the ordering line, to when we got our coffees. I think it went quick, considering the amount of people that were there.The staff kept the line moving, still, the cashier was kind and welcoming. No complaints here. This is my 4th time coming to this Starbucks during Cars & Coffee.Great atmosphere, great coffees.“
