“I recently visited this Starbucks location and was pleasantly surprised. The store was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and efficient staff. They were not only courteous but also went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

“The people working here have wonderful customer service. I’ve only ever had good experiences. About a year ago on my late mom’s birthday, they had accidentally made my drink iced and not hot and were so gracious and friendly about remaking my drink which meant so much to me on a really hard day. I have continued having great experiences with this particular location.💚“

“I should have made this review a long time ago, because I love the place, but something extra prompted me to make a post. 10AM Saturdays I spend my 10 minute break quickly picking up coffee for me and a coworker at this location, but they didn't put coffee in one of my coffees (11-2-24). I usually can understand missing something when it is busy, but how does one not put coffee in the coffee? I now have to test them before leaving...

Dietary restrictions: As a diabetic I appreciate that I can replace the sweeteners with stevia. Also Almond and Coconut milk is there if you can't have cow milk“

“This Starbucks is located inside the north oceanside Target. It’s very convenient to do some shopping here and get your coffee while staying out of this SoCal heat. They have some nice little tables and chairs between the Target entrance / exit and the Target checkout stands. The restrooms are on the other side of the entrance exit. The coffee is as good as any Starbucks. My coffee today was ready in just a few minutes after ordering. The barista was knowledgeable and precise with my order. I recommend this one. ☕️ 🎯“

“I read reviews and got nervous bc the other Starbucks on mission by stater bros sounds just as bad with making coffees wrong but this is my fourth visit and they have made me and my husbands drinks right all 4 times! It’s a little further from my house but at least I’m getting my coffee just the way we like it. Parking is hard sometimes bc it’s a congested little shopping center but hey I’d rather get my $7 coffee made right“

“There are only power outlets at the long, center table. Slight bummer since I prefer to work in a corner, but that's my only complaint. Courtney is professional, kind, and confident. She kindly ensured I planned to be a paying customer before helping me find what I needed. I saw her field a bunch of customer service requests, including someone who was looking for donations for a charity event. Courtney made a phone call and arranged free coffee for their staff. She was also moving quickly behind the counter to prep food and drinks. I didn't mean to be a corporate spy for Starbucks today, but damn you guys have a gem of an employee here.

Wifi speed is adequate but not great. 3mpbs down, 5mpbs up.“

I like to stop by and read at various starbucks in the county. The empoyees here have always, and only, been pleasant to be around for years and years and years. It is a small and steady flow of smiles and bright eyes that has no end.

THere's nothing to improve.“

“I'm here pretty regularly, so I feel like I can speak to this one! The staff are genuinely always friendly, which keeps me coming back even when the morning and weekend lines get really long. The drinks are always made to standard, there's seating inside, and a few wall plugs if you need to charge up. My only real wish is that the parking lot was laid out a little better it can be a bit of a maze getting in and out. The location almost feels too small for how much traffic it gets, but hey, that just means people love it.“

“Ok I normally wouldn’t review a Starbucks but this one has been such a treat to visit! I’ve been a few times and there’s always quick service, little to no line, and honestly, exceptional service.

I happened to go today to redeem my birthday reward and I’m leaving with the biggest smile on my face. Skye literally sang me the entire happy birthday song and also drew the sweetest picture while I waited for my drinks. What a treat!!! Would absolutely recommend a visit!

Just a note: Not necessarily a store to go and sit in as it seems to be more set up for drive through. And the quick lines make that a super big plus.“

“Ok, Starbucks is known for service and friendly service, but this place just has something extra. Maybe it's the way the staff takes their time with customers and make them feel welcome, or how the friendliness turns into actual conversations. Top notch 👌“

“Just stopped by Starbucks Vista Way and ordered a matcha green tea and a cappuccino. Both drinks were made perfectly and tasted great. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. A solid visit and definitely worth the stop! ☕️🍵✨“

“I have been in customer service all my life and love it. I also like to acknowledge and share the great customer service experiences I come across or I am given. I have been to a Starbucks maybe 3 times total. I know REALLY!!! Yes really. I’m 65 and can count on 1 hand the number of times I’ve been to Starbucks. I’m not a huge coffee or tea drinker but I saw a special on the Albertson’s Store App for any Grande beverage. I decided to give it a try. Anjalea greeted me. I mentioned hadn’t used the Albertsons app for something like this before. She helped me with that. I mentioned what I was looking for, she asked a couple of questions regarding my preferences then says “I got You”. “ It’s one of my favorites”. She had a co-worker with her and I am so sorry I didn’t get her name. They were both extremely friendly, helpful and spot on for the drink I was looking for on this very hot day. Kudos to both these ladies. I felt welcomed, and the Paradise Drink that was suggested and then expertly made - well AWESOME !!! Doesn’t begin to describe it. Thank you and a big shout out to these ladies that gave me a great experience while at the Marron Rd Starbucks inside the Albertsons store. My UPS box is in same shopping center and I will be stopping in and ordering the Paradise Drink now. “There are so many places I could go to get my morning coffee, but I choose this location every time because of Secia.

She is truly incredible. Not only does she make my coffee perfectly every single time, but she goes above and beyond in a way that’s rare to find. She remembers what I like, greets me with genuine kindness, and somehow always manages to make my day a little brighter.

“I would love to give it a five, but they always seem to be out of almond milk. Then you have to go somewhere else. With a lot of drinks using milk alternative you would think that you would have enough almond milk on hand or to be able to go to the grocery store and buy some almond milk.“

“First time visiting. I went around 955am on a Tuesday morning and it was packed. The drive thru was ridiculously long. I had to walk in to order my white feta wrap & hot coffee. Customer service was good. My wrap was not fully cooked through. I can tell it was rushed. I will return but next time I will definitely order via the app.“
