Since the new location opened, I am excited about the drive thru service. I have been frequenting this Starbucks both inside and using the drive thru since the Grand Opening. The baristas are very knowledgeable and pleasant, especially Callie and Chris. Even though this location can be busy, I’ve always been pleased with the accuracy of my order.
It's been a while since I walked into a Starbucks, I usually just drive through and get my drink. Its sure odd that depending on what area you go and stop at a Starbucks, each one makes your MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO different. People it's the same order every time: Mocha Frappuccino with 1 extra shot of expresso, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, the only change is the size. Why is it so different? I have 5 choice locations in my area and NOT one makes it the same.

I am out of town visiting family and went through the drive thru yesterday and I’m pretty sure his name was JJ, was helping me. I loved him so much! He was so sweet, helpful and informative! I’m so indecisive with my order sometimes and he took his time with me and helped me pick a drink he thought I would like that I hadn’t tried before. The drink was amazing and it was so nice not feeling like a burden for being indecisive. He had the best laugh and most friendly smile....read full review
