Vince the cashier was very nice to me and my family, especially my little boy Donovan. Thank you Vince for your amazing customer service. McDonald's needs more people like you.
Despite having employees to take orders, I had to use the kiosk to order which I do not want to do because it is not easy to make substitutions on the kiosk. Once we received our food, 6 pancakes, in addition to other food, we received 2 packets of syrup and had to pay to get any more which considering how much we spent to eat, getting an additional syrup at a cost is excessive.
