I stopped in at the Vista Taco Bell around 8:45 PM and used the kiosk to place my order. After waiting for a bit, I found out my order had accidentally been handed to someone else. Mistakes happen — but how the staff handled it really stood out.

They immediately acknowledged the mix-up and got to work remaking everything without hesitation. No excuses, no frustration — just quick, respectful, and professional service. Everyone stayed cool under pressure and moved with urgency.

“The drive thru is typically always quick at this location. The food has always been freshly made never cold, never room temperature either. It is always good.The one working the drive thru is very friendly and demonstrates excellent customer care. I enjoy hearing them say "you, got it" "would that complete your order?" I’m a healthcare worker and lately walking into any establishment after working a long shift is rough because a lot of places look at you and treat you like you have the plague. Not here. They were pleasant, thanked me for my hard work, apologized for the wait, even though I felt they were very quick, and gave me a free meal because of my hard work (or a big possibility that I looked worn and torn and they felt sorry for me lol). “I love this location and all but with my recent visit on Dec 23 20025, I had order a 2 meals with one drink that was served in 12 min which is great but, as I'm 14 min in eating my meal. The front counter lady by the name of Fran yells out you can only sit here for 30 min after eating your meal! As I was halfway through my 2ed meal. She was really rude and made me feel unwelcomed. She then mentioned I was there for an hour which is untrue for u had time in receipt 🧾. I hope she learns how to be well mannered in her own work environment.“
