“This is probably the best In-N-Out we have been to. We are avid In-N-Out goers and this has the be the best we have been to. The food comes out quick, they seem to be very efficient. Jarod was all over the place helping people out, opening doors for people and cleaning up. I highly recommend this In-N-Out.“

“Mia helped me out today! She gave great service. Smile, patient, accurate, and set the bar for my experience here. Took the order like a champ and accommodated me while I needed to wash my hands. She put my drinks and ticket to the side. When I returned she was helping someone else, but recognized me and passed me over the cups and reciept and sent me off with a smile. Great experience of serving with a smile.“

“I recently dined at L&L's, and I have to give a shoutout to Brooklin, who was working the cashier. She was incredibly friendly and was handling a busy rush with a smile. “The drive thru is typically always quick at this location. The food has always been freshly made never cold, never room temperature either. It is always good.The one working the drive thru is very friendly and demonstrates excellent customer care. I enjoy hearing them say "you, got it" "would that complete your order?" (instead of saying is that all) "have a good night".“

“I tried to leave a survey on the panda survey but it didn’t let me highlight Anita the cashier at the time, she had great customer service and helped accommodate us, and was super nice about recommending additional items. I don’t frequrnet this location often but I will be back the staff from front to back was great!“

Everything was packaged in this nice Christmas box 📦 so cute ! We got a good deal with two pizza 🍕 and cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks everything was delicious 🤤 kids loved it !

“They are amazing and made my whole day! I’m a healthcare worker and lately walking into any establishment after working a long shift is rough because a lot of places look at you and treat you like you have the plague. Not here. They were pleasant, thanked me for my hard work, apologized for the wait, even though I felt they were very quick, and gave me a free meal because of my hard work (or a big possibility that I looked worn and torn and they felt sorry for me lol). People don’t know how much this simple act means to us right now that are on the front lines with this crazy illness and being in contact with it on a daily basis. Our stress level is high and we are drained in ways I never imagined. I could never thank this staff enough for what to them probably seemed like a simple act of kindness but to me was so much more! 🤗 ❤️“

“I love this location and all but with my recent visit on Dec 23 20025, I had order a 2 meals with one drink that was served in 12 min which is great but, as I'm 14 min in eating my meal. The front counter lady by the name of Fran yells out you can only sit here for 30 min after eating your meal! As I was halfway through my 2ed meal. She was really rude and made me feel unwelcomed. She then mentioned I was there for an hour which is untrue for u had time in receipt 🧾. I hope she learns how to be well mannered in her own work environment.“

“The AI attendant was better than most human attendants. We had to pull around and park, but I ordered chicken, so kinda expected. Service was good. The food was hit and miss - fries, burgers and onion rings were awesome; chicken sandwich was salty and rubbery.“

“I tried the cauliflower slider and I was just knocked out! So tasty!! Also a chicken tender and fries. Everything was cooked perfectly. Jerry was on top of everything while motoring back and forth from kitchen to front. Very polite and attentive to all!“
