“Placed an order for 45 box lunches and a catering box…to all be picked up at 10:30am today. I know the Jersey Mike’s guys had to come in early to get it all ready. “This manager and his team are simply the best! This was one of the first places we had dinner, after getting moved to Solana Beach, last year. For as long as I can remember, “spicy chicken”, which is Panda Express’s Orange chicken, to my son, is his happy place. Justin remembers us, he knows our order and he and his team always welcome us with a smile. This has become a weekly tradition for us, and we really appreciate the hospitality and wonderful experience every time! I also consistently observe leadership leading by example here, highly engaged and present, and creating a personalized experience for customers and you don’t always see that today. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. “Except for the long drive-through lines, it’s worth going. And I have to actually admit that the lines move pretty quickly.
I do think that they ought to put their napkins in a separate small bag, before dropping them in on top of the burgers. I can never use them by the time I get home because they’re covered with sauce and cheese!

“Sub-Marine is a hidden gem! I went there for lunch the other day and was immediately greeted by their friendly staff. They have a big board full of their choices when you walk in so you can pick the type of sandwich you want. I got the turkey and roast beef sandwich with the french roll. It was wonderful...everything tasted fresh and it was prepared quickly. I also got a cookie with my order and the cookie was so good. I could tell they bake on site. I highly recommend Sub-Marine if you're looking for a good sandwich shop w/reasonable prices.“

“About two weeks ago, I went to some Hawaiian barbecue for the first time and I didn’t even know who Hawaii barbecue was a thing and they gave me mac & cheese and the thin steak thing and it was so good. It was amazing that on the car ride home I even ate my leftovers and they had five stars. I don’t know the name now this place I was trying to relive that experience and they had 4.7 stars so I was thinking Man they’d be really good but their menu was very bland and they didn’t even have mac & cheese or the thin steak thing. “This was my first time ever trying apple fries I hadn’t even heard of them until I saw them featured in some YouTube walkthrough videos. That convinced me to track them down, and I’m glad I did!

The stand is located toward the back of the park near the castle. There’s also a nice playground nearby, so it’s a great spot to let the kids play while you relax and enjoy your snack.

The apple fries are light, warm, and coated with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. They come with a whipped cream dipping sauce that pairs really well with them. The portion size is generous enough to share, but you might not want to! It’s also one of those unique treats that you don’t really find in many other places.“

So delicious and fast service come support this family taco shop they do their thing and the prices are great for this area definitely the perfect spot to stop at after a day at the beach or a day at work. “The young employees handled their assigned zones very impressively while taking orders with the many items on the menu. They kept the line moving very quickly and efficiently. I told manager how impressed I was having been in retail all my life and knowing how beneficial it is to have good young employees. Not to mention how fresh the salad and ingredients were. As always the pizza was delicious. Crust is delicious and thin. Noticed a difference from the last time I was in. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.“

“We ordered carne asada burrito, Buffalo wings and chicken flautas. They were all tasty. The carne asada was very meaty but a bit tough for me. Wings were a bit small but flavorful.

I have never seen chicken flautas look like short fat egg rolls before. Deep fried flour tortilla gave it a nice crispness except there was very little chicken inside. Still very good and interesting. I especially love that they had lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole on side. Very rare do you see this combo of topping.

Inside is divided by the bar area and dining area. Looks like a hip place to be after work.“

She thanked me for coming. The employees were knowledgable and had great communication skills. I asked for an “ice coffee” and they even asked me what type: vanilla, vanilla sugar free…..without me prompting. They even asked if I wanted ketchup. It was like I was in another country. I got a good feel of this community. Different world in Del Mar Heights. McDonald's Murrieta get your act together!“

“I've been a local customer at Panda Express since I was really little. I always get orange chicken and fried rice because they've been my favorite food items ever since! Now, every time I go, I would order the same thing or mix it up between ordering Beijing beef, white rice, or chow mein with the orange chicken.

The crispy noodles and chocolate chip cookies were food items I loved getting as well. It's too bad Panda Express stopped selling them. Hopefully the company reconsiders selling them again in the future.

“We always received great service at Jersey Mikes and this location Encinitas with no exception. The line was out the door when you arrive during Saturday's lunch rush but we had our food in no time at all.
