The young employees handled their assigned zones very impressively while taking orders with the many items on the menu. They kept the line moving very quickly and efficiently. I told manager how impressed I was having been in retail all my life and knowing how beneficial it is to have good young employees. Not to mention how fresh the salad and ingredients were. Blaze has a knack for consistency—the pizza is always good. I opt for the gluten-free crust because of an allergy, and while I appreciate having the option, the $6 upcharge is pretty steep and starts to defeat the purpose of an inexpensive pizza. 🍕

Blaze always serves up a solid pizza but I will say it’s quite pricey, especially in recent years. The staff I’ve encountered at this location are fabulous and the topping variety — from artichokes to arugula — is great. Forever wishing they would bring back their Pi Day deal for $3.14 per pie :(
