“Amazing buffalo chicken and cheesesteak pizza. I thought the cheesesteak could use a little more salt but otherwise delicious food. The guys that work there are also incredibly friendly. When we went to order there was only 1 guy cooking alone but he did great and we didn't have to wait too long! I definitely recommend. Try their tiramisu, not sure if it's made in house but it's so yummy!“
“This is a long overdue review for Urban Plates. I do not usually post reviews, however, I have to reward the consistency of outstanding customer service and consistently good food with my feedback. Manager Manny Mejia is always on site greeting guests and making sure all customers have an exemplary experience. I have been coming to Urban Plates for years with my family and friends. I love the Plate Pass program that gives me 20% off of my entire bill including wine/beer. The restaurant is always clean even during their busiest times. When it is peak eating times, you may have to wait for a table but, Manny and his staff will try to make your wait as quick as possible. Finally, let's talk about the food. The beet salad is one of my all-time favorite salads. I also love the chciken tenders which are addictive as are the fries. The steak with chimichurri sauce is delicious. I always leave Urban Plates feeling satisfied and happy that I am able to enjoy tasty food prepared in a healthful way. You owe it to yourself to eat at Urban Plates.“

We were a group of 6 guys who were celebrating a pal's birthday (cost was not an issue).We had issues receiving the following after many requests:* Additional Bread - requested 6 times* Red Pepper flakes - requested 4 times* Refilled water glass (never happened)Appreciated dining at Via Vai but they aren't the only restaurant in town. Won't be back for a very long while.“

“So good!!! I had the burrata pizza and let me just say it was delicious! The pesto was amazing and had a bit of sweetness to it. Very good! The tomato sauce was to die for! Probably the best ever! The crust was delicious and had a nice flavor! Also there is a quite the groovy and cool aesthetic! Bathroom as sparkling!“
“Called to ask if they delivered our hotel. The food arrived hot and right on time. We got wings and two pineapple and ham pizzas.Food was great and they even threw in cups and plates since we were getting delivery to a hotel.Would recommend to anyone looking for good pizza after a built day.“
“This is an innovative gourmet taco shop with a lovely atmosphere, and a living-room like area with chairs and a sofas facing the bar. It is the sister restaurant of the Michelin-noted Lola 55 in downtown San Diego. Every taco is assempled with care, with some unusual pairings, and photo-ready. The margaritas are zesty and unique, with black salt (?) on the rim. And I had attentive service, including from the owner. I only wish they had more things on their menu, but have liked everything I have had.“
“The tortillas are all handmade and are so good!! My favorite tacos are all the ones with pork, their pork is nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. It's juicy and flavorful! The Baja Fish taco is good and only $1.99/each. The BEST thing on the menu though is the Carnitas Fries, it's a large portion so it's great to share. The drinks are okay, nothing special there. Go for the food for sure. The service is fine and the ambiance is casual. Free street also lot parking available.“

I highly recommend Olive Garden if you haven't been there but if you have then go back for their quality food and service.“
“This place is amazing! The food, the service, the friendly welcome from the family that owns this place- all just outstanding! My husband and I tried the mortadella pistachio sandwich special and picked out a box full of delicious super fresh pastries (they bake their bread and pastries fresh three times/day). This food is as Authentic Italian as you can get, the family is from Italy and they import all of their ingredients from Italy, as well. If you're looking for an amazing Authentic Italian food experience, you NEED to try this place - you'll be so happy you did.
