From the moment he greeted us, he was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and personable. He made us feel like valued customers rather than just another order in line.

One of the items in our order was a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and extra green sauce. I order it that way every visit, and it's rare that I actually receive the amount of extra cheese and green sauce I pay for. This time, it was perfect. The burrito was fresh, made exactly as ordered, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It may seem like a small thing, but getting an order exactly right makes a big difference.

In today's world, it often seems like many people come to work simply to collect a paycheck, with little concern for the customer experience. Christian was the complete opposite.
