Outstanding service from our bartender Josie. Super positive and polite. We ordered a couple of cocktails and beers. Josie is the BEST. The Cove Bar and Grill is amazing for a hotel experience. Definitely coming back tomorrow to catch some rays by the huge pool. ❤❤❤

The Cove Bar & Grill is a restaurant located within a large hotel complex. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, with Rebecca standing out for her thoughtful and professional service. The restaurant offers poolside dining with delicious freshly made food, perfect for a relaxing pool day. However, some guests found issues with the hotel's size, lack of housekeeping services for shorter stays, and the quality of the food at the pool bar. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff, including shuttle driver Josh, were highlighted for their excellent service and friendliness. The Cove Bar & Grill is a good dining option for those looking to enjoy a poolside meal while staying at the hotel, but improvements in certain areas such as housekeeping and food quality could enhance the overall experience for guests.
