“Some of the best ice cream I have ever had is served here at Handels. They had at least 30 different types of ice cream and so many cones. The serving size was SO big. My two sons ordered a two scoop in a dipped waffle cone bowl, and got served a 5 scoop and the cone was 3 times as big as it was in the picture. The service was also great. The girl who took our order gave a lot of recommendations and it was quick.“

You won't find Costco muffins repackaged in cellophane at this cafe - you WILL find her handmade recreations of traditional French pastries, fun fantasy-themed original creations, alongside custom flavored and hand-painted chocolates. Highly recommend, delicious. I only wish we lived closer and could visit more often (but that's why my wife has a monthly chocolate subscription to Elissa's companion business, 'Chocolates by E')“

“We visited Carlsbad in 2023 and of course fell in love but one of my favorite memories was waking up early in the morning, sun still hadn’t popped out, it was foggy but the temperature was already perfect. My daughter and I walked to Interim Coffee while listening to the waves crashing in. We absolutely loved the coffee shop and the vibe and yes of course the coffee was great too. Got back to our Airbnb just in time to watch dolphins swimming. Might seem like no big deal but it was such a great memory and one we still talk about.“

“Except for the long drive-through lines, it’s worth going. And I have to actually admit that the lines move pretty quickly.
I do think that they ought to put their napkins in a separate small bag, before dropping them in on top of the burgers. I can never use them by the time I get home because they’re covered with sauce and cheese!

We made reservations and had gotten the time wrong. The hostess Sonia was accommodating and made sure we were not turned back. Friendly staff and server. Good cocktail options.

“We tried the Breakfast Boi sandwich, Indian Summer (ginger spiced chai with almond milk), and PSL (pumpkin syrup latte). The sandwich was SO good. The bread was soft, hashbrown crispy, and the fillings were all tasty. Both drinks were good, but I really liked the Indian Summer. I'm always looking for a good chai latte and most coffee shops do an average chai latte. Steady State makes a great chai latte - it's creamy and well spiced. I will be coming back for the Indian Summer. They have indoor and outdoor seating - we sat outside with our dog. They also have a dedicated parking lot, which was very full when we arrived on a Saturday around 2 pm.“

“I brought my daughter here on a daddy-daughter-date and what a great experience. The staff helped us make sure that she got the right ingredients while it still maintaining the pink color she demands. We sat inside the cozy lounge atmosphere while we enjoyed our drinks. Definitely want to make this a regular thing.“

“This is my favorite coffee spot in CA. Ruben is an incredible barista and is extremely knowledgeable about Coffee. His assortment of single origin coffee varietals is like going to a wine bar and having a tasting. He has an entire chart based on the origins of the coffee you are tasting and has direct connections to the Coffee and where it comes from. This is my go to coffee spot if I want to drink pure coffee. He will take you on a journey and give you more information than you could ever learn on your own. This is by far my favorite coffee spot in the world. Oh, and take your kids since there’s a Koi pond that you can feed next to it. If you have a home espresso machine, I highly recommend his espresso blend as you’ll pull the best shots you’ll ever make. Definitely worth a visit.“

“I thought it was enjoyable. Not only the beer, but the brewery itself was unique. They did have a food vendor in the front, but I did not eat. They have mostly indoor, and a couple picnic tables outside which. It’s hard to compare this location with the other burgeon locations because they are all so different. Wish they would offer a Happy Hour or a featured/discounted beer like how Harland and Pizzaport does.“

“What a great end to the day! Meatball app to start. Could have used a straw to get the rest of the sauce it was so good. Kid got cheese pizza, girl got beautiful burger and I got delicious fish tacos. So many more items to try I hope I can go back. This beer menu is huge. My go to is strawberry blonde when I can find it. But kudos to a brewery that does sours too. I need a second maybe third trip to this brewery.“

The views, facilities and lets not forget the music and giving artists a venue to share thier talents. What a Great venue for locals and the surrounding communities. I would like to add, it is very difficult for Anthony and his team to keep this business going. I have notice a few people and groups are bringing in thier own food and drinks. This makes it very difficult for the Campstore to stay in business. All the things they do for the holidays and Jurassic Animals for the kids, this cost a lot. Can we just enjoy something special that they have built for all of us to enjoy. Let's support the staff, management and leadership with our patronage.“
