“We visited Carlsbad in 2023 and of course fell in love but one of my favorite memories was waking up early in the morning, sun still hadn’t popped out, it was foggy but the temperature was already perfect. My daughter and I walked to Interim Coffee while listening to the waves crashing in. We absolutely loved the coffee shop and the vibe and yes of course the coffee was great too. Got back to our Airbnb just in time to watch dolphins swimming. Might seem like no big deal but it was such a great memory and one we still talk about.“

“I wish I had a Lullabar near me! I’m not local to San Diego / North County but recently got married in Del Mar. I rarely get my nails professionally done but wanted a manicure for my big day, and I’m so glad I came here. My nails look great and feel great, the manicure has lasted longer than any manicure I’ve ever had. And the salon environment is so cute and clean, the coffee was great too. ☺️“

“We tried the Breakfast Boi sandwich, Indian Summer (ginger spiced chai with almond milk), and PSL (pumpkin syrup latte). The sandwich was SO good. The bread was soft, hashbrown crispy, and the fillings were all tasty. Both drinks were good, but I really liked the Indian Summer. I'm always looking for a good chai latte and most coffee shops do an average chai latte. Steady State makes a great chai latte - it's creamy and well spiced. I will be coming back for the Indian Summer. They have indoor and outdoor seating - we sat outside with our dog. They also have a dedicated parking lot, which was very full when we arrived on a Saturday around 2 pm.“

“This is my favorite coffee spot in CA. Ruben is an incredible barista and is extremely knowledgeable about Coffee. His assortment of single origin coffee varietals is like going to a wine bar and having a tasting. He has an entire chart based on the origins of the coffee you are tasting and has direct connections to the Coffee and where it comes from. This is my go to coffee spot if I want to drink pure coffee. He will take you on a journey and give you more information than you could ever learn on your own. This is by far my favorite coffee spot in the world. Oh, and take your kids since there’s a Koi pond that you can feed next to it. If you have a home espresso machine, I highly recommend his espresso blend as you’ll pull the best shots you’ll ever make. Definitely worth a visit.“

But I can't because I have a subscription to their coffee but they sent me the wrong coffee. it's been about a week, I've call a few times, left two voice mail messages, I've emailed as well and I have not gotten any response at all. The coffee I bought and subscribed to is good, but I can't continue to do business with a company that won't respond to their customers to fix their mistakes.“

““The Carlsbad” comes exactly as shown. The eggs were poached perfectly and seasoned with an everything bagel type seasoning, same on the avocado, which was really good. The tater tots were not greasy or overcooked. The multigrain sourdough was great with butter (you can choose jam or hummus as well). The açaí bowl was really good and the fruit was fresh. We left off the cacao nibs, toasted coconut, chia seeds and hemp.“

“Simply amazing! My husband and I frequent Naked. The food is awesome, and the service is amazing. We thought we would post a review of a visit we made there a few days ago. When we walked into the restaurant, (early 8:00 am) for breakfast, there was a table that had already been serviced with about 14-16 people. Michael, the manager was already taking their order. When he was finished taking their order, he came over to our table to take ours. He told us that there was a large table before us, so it might be a while before we received our order. Surprisingly enough, within in 10 minutes!, no lie, the large table was being served their orders and at the SAME time, our order came out as well. I don’t know how they do it. “This place completely amazed me! I walked in and the place is completely clean and organized. Pastries are neatly displayed and labeled. It was my first time in here so I asked for help and every employee I talked to was very nice and courteous. I got a cake and some pastries and everything was delicious. The cake seemed a bit on the high price at first but let me tell you.. once I got home and realized I had not picked up candles, I opened up the box and realized candles, cake server/ spatula and even matched and striker were all included and neatly thought of! The flavor of the cake and the utensils made the price of the cake well worth it. I can say this place just earned themselves a new customer!!“

“This is the only starbucks I go to like 3 times a week. They go above and beyond. everyone is always extremely nice and helpful. there's seating and a bar where you can put milk and sugar in your coffee. my drinks no matter how much i customize always come out perfect and 10 times better than any other starbucks ive been to. the baristas Emily and Jeff and many others are consistently and awesome making my drinks. they always draw cute things on my cups and always have a smile. their enthusiasm and happiness leaves me smiling. I've never seen or had a rude or un nice barista. everyone I've met were always super nice. they have coffee grounds you can take for your garden or compost. ive never had an issue with their food. its consistently cooked perfect.“

Our short rib and hashbrown cakes was very good, perfectly flavored on the mild-side, and a filling portion to enjoy.

Our Monterey omelet was missing something, we cannot figure out what should be added or left out. The bacon was great, but we lost the rest of the flavoring.“
