Based on the reviews, Lofty Coffee Co. offers a wonderful experience with great service and delicious food and drinks. The service is described as friendly, welcoming, and kind, with staff who are very sweet and focused on making sure customers are able to do what they came to do. The space is recommended, and although it can be packed, seating is available on the patio with heaters for chilly days.
For food, “The Carlsbad” comes exactly as shown, with perfectly poached eggs and an everything bagel type seasoning. The tater tots are not greasy or overcooked, and the multigrain sourdough is great with butter. The açaí bowl is really good with fresh fruit. The avocado toast is good and delicious, though it is not a cheap place at $10 for a piece of toast. For drinks, the Aztec mocha is wonderful with just the right kick of spice. The Matcha Mint Latte has a subtle mint and natural sweetness from the almond milk. The salted caramel latte has a perfect balance of light sweetness to delicious coffee. The earl grey tea has a beautiful presentation design. The pistachio/rose donut is moist, light, and delectable.
