“This morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee, with my wife, at Steady State Roasting. The first thing I noticed was the open and airy atmosphere. The hanging plants only added to the ambiance. My wife delightfully sipped from a latte, while I had a house coffee. The house coffee was uniquely flavored, a bit bitter. Steady State Roasting has reusable stirring spoons, which is eco-friendly. Finally, they offer indoor and outdoor seating, to optimize the moment. Yes, this experience was worthy of a return visit.“

“Literally ordered coffee 3 days in a row from El Kafecito. I was in Escondido visiting family and one of the things I enjoy doing is trying little coffee shops in the general area and one look at El Kafecito's menu and I was SOLD! I tried the horchata late which was delicious but not mind blowing... It reminded me of a vanilla latte. I'm not usually a mocha girl but their iced Mexican mocha was tasty! The winner for me was the dulce de leche latte. Oh my gosh. I am partial to caramel coffee flavors so I'm not surprised I loved it. All in all I wish I had an El Kafecito in my hometown, I feel like I'm already going through withdrawals lol. Beats out any big brand coffee company by far. Please give this wonderful place your business. You won't regret it!“

“I hit up cosmic bloom to meet a friend for coffee last week. It was my first time there but I had an amazing maple bourbon flavored iced coffee that the owner recommended. It was probably one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had. Furthermore the overall atmosphere and vibe here is on another level. I love the collection of VHS movies on the shelves. Highly recommended checking out cosmic bloom. will definitely be back.“

“This place is the cutest. And they have the yummiest tea ever. I love the pink decor and small deliberate choices to make each and every experience on your visit memorable. I'm not a huge fan of their homemade bread, but I think it's vegan bread. I appreciate the attention to detail and care, but I would also like some choices for bread. Other than that, we haven't tried much else, so it's hard to make a firm opinion about the food when I haven't had much. But, the bathroom is also very nice, and the place has a homey feeling and nice staff. It's worth a try.

“I love it here! Miss America, my cat, is always welcome here as well. We love it because the coffee is delicious and craft! Meaning the coffee beans are roasted in small batches and with a focus on high quality. The same high quality is applied to all ingredients in their drinks, especially my favorite the Aztec mocha which has a combination of dark chocolate and a touch of chili peppers. If you're in Carlsbad you should stop by, they really are a fantastic shop!“

It’s a cute spot, laid back and the staff is friendly, but I ended up taking someone else’s order—which I agree is on me—but my name was on the receipt and it came out around the time I was told it’d be ready. I was in a rush, no one else walked up and the employee there had only double checked my name and not the order, again on me for not clocking the incorrect dishes but I really wasn’t sure what everything’s supposed to look like. I started brewing a cup every morning. My environmental allergies were so bad before I started drinking this that I had to take allergy medicine every day. I haven't taken any allergy medicine since I started drinking this tea. Highly, highly recommend.“

The cafe is beautiful. There was so much natural light, beautiful decor, and it was nice to be greeted with smiles when I walked in (you all have the coolest merch as well). For the first time ever, I ordered an iced, dirty chai, and it was SPECTACULAR! Ivan made it for me, and I could tell that it was made with love. Also, the manager, I believe their name is AP, was such a delight. You can tell that the team enjoys one another, and it is evident in the service that they provide to their customers. I had a 1/2 sweet dark chocolate mocha, cheesecake and a sandwich. My only regret was not specifying my sandwich to be on a croissant because my friend got that and it looked killer.“

Not your traditional coffee shop but 1000% better than Trashbucks.
Mint Chip chiller is fantastic.
So is the blondie drink.
