This is an excellent restaurant! The food & service are outstanding & the being able to eat outside on the curbside is great because it's downtown Vista which we love also!
The wait staff were lovely. I went on a date with a guy and having a window seat was just lovely. I'd say half the bowl of fruit was good -- the oranges and strawberries were too sour or dry, and the pineapple and blueberries were wonderful. In retrospect, I probably should've seasoned my croissant on top of the hashbrowns, or stuffed some of the hashbrowns inside -- but even without the seasoning, it was still splendid and not too filling for breakfast nonetheless. One of the best brunch spots in Vista! Although their food is plenty good (I tried their pancakes and traditional breakfast, both solid), my favorite part was how good their coffee is. Usually at a sit-down cafe that specializes in breakfast you'll get some decent or good coffee at best, but here you have lots of options and it's some good quality stuff. Very friendly service in a homey atmosphere, definitely recommend if you'd like a more traditional brunch experience
