I came here right before work to order a coffee. I got a cold brew with condensed milk. I thought my drink would come out quickly because cold brews are typically pre-brewed. Instead, it took 15 minutes to get my cold brew. Luckily the drink tasted good, but it's not worth waiting for 15 minutes. I will add that it was busy, so I guess I should have expected a little bit of a wait. I probably won't come here that often.
Bring your own syrup and your own hot sauce. Peets doesn’t have either. This morning I ordered chicken and waffle. I asked for syrup they don’t have any. I had to stop someplace else and buy Syrup . The other morning I stopped and purchased a breakfast burrito. I asked for hot sauce. They don’t have any. If you’re going to make ethnic food you have to include all the condiments to go with it. Do you want french fries without ketchup?Come on Peet’s do better!!!

Switched from being a regular Starbucks to Peet's fairly recently. Overall Peet's has been much better. However, I do have 2 complaints that bring it down 2 stars (at least at this location).I prefer iced coffees, but the straws here have literally ruined the experience for me at times. This location uses paper straws that are so flimsy that not only do they dissolve into your drink after 10 minutes, they break in half when put into the lid.
