I got there 1hr before they closed. Even though there wasn't much options left what I did have was good and fresh.
I gave this location two stars for the food because I went in there to order the only thing I order at Panda which is the black pepper chicken and they told me they do not serve it at this location. So I went home and I googled Panda Express black pepper chicken recipe and got a recipe that taste exactly like theirs so thank you bressi ranch because since that's the only thing I eat at Panda you've saved me a few hundred dollars a year as I could just make it at home now and it...read full review
Not sure about other locations, but this one in Bressi Ranch has the best team that serves you. I had no idea that they didn’t accept tips and despite the fact that they do not get paid tips, they were lovely. The customer service was above and beyond.
