One of the worst breakfasts I ever had for $16.50. I attempted to prepare it myself, but it was a disaster and my hands were messy afterwards. The tater tots were good but without ketchup it was pointless. The bread crust was rock hard so I cut it off but then the bread was too floppy to hold the sandwich up so I had to cut it into bits to eat. I met here with a friend and we ate breakfast and got a coffee. The line was long but people working were nice. The dirty chai was okay 6/10 I would probably try something different next time. The disappointment was with the breakfast. The sausage and eggs were cold and the most awful part is I could taste dishwasher on my fork or plate. I couldn't tell which one. I will be back but most likely won't order food again.

It's been a while since I've been to a Lofty, but this most recent experience was disappointing at this location. Coffee tastes like they don't maintain/clean their machines regularly. It appears from other comments that I'm not the only one who has experienced this. The scone I had was underbaked as it was doughy in the center, and I was already half home, so it was too late to address it.
