Dirty attitudes! Crack head lying lady in black apron told me i had over 1000 star rewards 2 days ago and now i dont have any? Wtf? Then her tweaker employee made the most digusting drink i ever had! Never will come here again! I am not apart of the rich like surrounding snobby area and i am not white so no respect!
Best customer service and better drinks than everywhere else.

A head barista/supervisor named Paula went above and beyond to ensure a grande caramel macchiato was perfect after a previous visit lacked caramel, spreading kindness that was extremely kind and appreciated. Another barista, Charlotte, provided exceptional service that exceeded expectations. Allyson quickly stepped in to clean up a coffee spill from a defective table, showing an exceptional attitude and dedication. One first-time visitor was scared but a very nice person suggested a drink that was loved so much they now stop again and again. The coffee and food remain consistently good and true to the brand. A mobile order was ready within a couple minutes, and the staff was super cheerful for an early morning. However, the new compostable lid is not so good as it doesn’t have a lip like the plastic, causing coffee to spill and the paper lid to look like composte. There is no drive-thru and parking can be tough depending on how busy the broken yolk cafe is next door.
