I've been on the hunt for a local roaster all up and down San Diego county, and this little place just a couple miles away from me managed to slip under my radar until today, well, two weeks ago, but I went again today to stock up on beans, so I'm writing a review now. Great coffee, super nice people. The small coffee spot is in-between some office building so not the coolest of environments, but the koi pond and water feature make up for it - pretty peaceful.
This was an excellent cup of coffee. Extracted very well. What appears to be a 1 man operation done with great love of the craft is worth visiting.
