I highly recommend Blaze Pizza, just not this location. At the time of writing, this location charges $16.99 for a 11" pizza with multiple toppings ($3 more than other locations) and $6 for alternative crusts ($2.50 more than other Blaze locations). Fountain sodas are also $1 more than other locations. We have always enjoyed this location, and the food has always been good, but at $22.99 for one 11" Gluten Free pizza, it is not worth it.Also, because this is a franchised location, blaze app discounts and special offers cannot be applied to orders. It appeared to be understaffed during our most recent visit and the location appeared in some need of some deep cleaning and maintenance.

Excellent service but unfortunately I couldn't leave a tip! Since th new minimum wage has gone up it's been removed which is ridiculous! It should be an option at least that people can skip if they choose but these people deserve the option! The new minimum is long overdue, San Diego is so expensive $20 is like $10 so it's great we finally caught up but bring back tips! Thank you

Pizzas are not consistently cooked; sometimes overdone and most recently very uncooked. Given the prices, with an extra $6 gluten free charge per pizza, I expect my pizza to be cooked properly. We’ve had a disappointing experience at this location one too many times and will not be back.

Pizza is thin crust cooked in a huge fire oven. They flatten your pizza dough and you slide down the line picking your toppings that you want and then they throw it in the oven. 15min or so they call your name. I had a 7 topping pizza with spicy sauce and drink for like $23. It was pretty good. I prefer deep dish myself.

I visited at 7:30pm on Pi day to get the great deal that is offered. There was a long line as to be expected, however staff turned me and several other customers away saying that the wait was too long and would go past the 9pm closing time, and that we had to leave. This is arguably the busiest day of the year for Blaze, and you are only open till 9pm? Maybe make the $3.14 coupon available in the app again so we can use it throughout the week.

This place is the best out of all the Blaze franchise. Whether it’s their pizza or service, they never disappoint. It’s my go to place every time I visit the factory outlet.

Customer service 0 Today was my first time visiting a Blaze pizza. Cleanliness seemed okay but I was extremely DISAPPOINTED with customer service. Especially the young lady who wore black frame glasses. She acted like she didn't want to be there and her demeanor was not helpful or welcoming. She needs to change her attitude or find a different career path. Food 3/3.5 It was good. The garlic sauce is really good. It definitely better than the spicy red. Toppings were decent quality. Overall I recommend this place. Just expect to get below average customer service.

Staff are rude. Didn't offer the usual service I've gotten before and I was showing the spot to a friend. They're lack of professionalism was embarrassing if you don't want to have people build their own take it off the menu instead of getting snarky at the customer. On top of that they overcharged me for two build your own it came out to $40 and told me i didnt need my receipt, foolishly I said that's fine because i scanned my app. Nope I never got my point either. I recommend a different location or pieology at this point

A good option for a quick meal when shopping at the Outlet store in Carlsbad. Service is also quick. The only catch is that taste of their pizza is very average, nothing special. We tried to create own pizza following everything that came with the Meat Eater and we added extra meat like ham and bacon and also Ricotta. The sauce was a bit sour and it tasted like it came straight from the can. I think they need to make some improvements on their sauce, create something distinct.
