Quick service, tasty food and very friendly staff. We were offered a sample of the iced tea, which we enjoyed so much that we decided to buy one. We accidentally picked up the wrong flavour, and the staff member was so observant that they noticed and pointed it out to us straight away. A really nice touch and a great example of attentive customer service. Overall, a great experience!
Love panda. All the ladies are nice and the food is a great bang for the buck

Panda Express, located in the Carlsbad Outlet Mall, is a restaurant that offers Chinese food that is prepared in advance and served on bowls or plates. The service is friendly and efficient, with staff greeting customers warmly and providing good customer service. The location is clean and accessible, with a spacious parking lot and wheelchair access. The food portions are adequate, but it is recommended to order fewer items as the third item may come in a smaller container. The orange chicken is a popular choice, while other dishes may lose their freshness over time. Many customers find the fried rice better than fried noodles, and dishes like sweet and sour pork belly and Kung Pao Chicken are enjoyed whether spicy or not. The restaurant is a great place to enjoy simple Chinese cuisine, especially for families with kids. However, some customers noted that a specific employee speaks Spanish to colleagues but refuses to speak Spanish with customers, which they found disappointing. Overall, Panda Express remains a popular and convenient dining option at the outlet mall.
