Starbucks is starbucks when it comes to the food and drink. It's pretty consistent. However, the service at this place is in need of some leadership. Too much time talking in the back. In a recent visit to this Starbucks, an unexpected downpour started and had to take refuge inside for a while. As I waiting for the rain to subside, the staff showed exceptional hospitality. In a warm gesture of kindness, they offered complimentary hot chocolate to all the patrons.

I come here often because I charge my Tesla near by. Often times when I come I. A run into a few things that can be a bit distasteful. Waiting in a slow moving line can be understandable in most occasions, but not when employees continuously talk to each other or “regulars” for unnecessary amount of time. Service is significantly slower when compared to other locations.
