I had time to kill while my car got serviced and was starving... so I gave corner bakery a shot. The food seemed really expensive but the breakfast wrap was reasonably priced ($8.50ish), so I ordered it with a drink. I was craving a wrap and this hit the spot but it's wasn't the best thing I've ever had. Decent for a chain restaurant. Pretty basic (eggs, cheese, avo and spinach) but nicely balanced. Well the coffee is good. This location is across the street from the Carlsbad Outlet Mall. It is busy. But the food we had, the Breakfast Croissant, seemed microwaved. The croissant was chewy, doughy, but it should have been flakey. With a name like "Corner bakery," one would expect the breads to be exceptionally perfect.The cinnamon roll was excellent.

we don't often get out for breakfast much because of our staggered and hectic morning schedules.
