David was super patient while my young son ordered. He went out of his way to take our order and be kind. Customer service like this is rare. We remember how people make us feel. This location is top notch!
Food was delicious and I loved it! If you have any dietary restrictions or like to have a lot of choices/ modifications this may not be the restaurant for you. They basically have three menu items and it's all modifications of a burger. Ask specifically for grilled onions if you want that because it normally comes with raw onions. This in and out burger is a bit above others I've been to. The ingredients seemed fresher. We did have to wait a bit sitting in the dining room, they definitely prioritize the drive-thru. The service was friendly. Love the animal style burger.
