Standouts: The vitality tonics are unlike any mocktail I’ve ever had - mentawai and sienna. The French toast is enormous so we had to take the rest home. My personal favorite was the panna cotta - light, refreshing, and not too sweet

Service: The host was incredibly warm. Our waiter was just as warm and attentive! Our water cups were never empty.

Parking: Across the street from the restaurant is a huge dirt lot that’s free

Pro Tips: Make a reservation in advance. We were a party of 2 and arrived at 11 so they were able to squeeze us in but almost everyone else had a reservation”

The Cali Dip was delicious sweet and so much flavor I’d have to say one of the best “Tortas” I ever ate . The fries are the best !!! Sauces are so yummy. Everything was about $47 but SO WORTH IT!”

“Absolute 10/10 taco spot! Everything was so fresh, and full of flavour. Big bonus points for being organic. I was torn between the shrimp and Baja so got both, but would have preferred the Baja fish tacos all in. I would say they were in the top 3 I’ve ever had while in California! Menu was huge too with a lot of selection. Tortilla chips were perfectly cooked, and I regret not buying a bag before leaving. Hot sauce selection (which they bring to your table) was also fantastic, and a perfect addition to the beans or chips if you’re into a bit of spice. Absolutely recommend hitting this spot up when you’re in the area. Seating can be tricky when it’s busy, but definitely worth the wait! Also dog friendly which was a bonus 😊🐾

“My friend and I had such a wonderful experience at Firenze, and what made it truly special was not only the food, but the kindness and care from everyone there.

Before we even arrived, Jeff was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone. Jeff took the time to answer questions patiently and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. That level of kindness set the tone for the entire evening.

When we arrived, Raquel was absolutely amazing both on the phone and in person. Raquel was so understanding, supportive, patient, and accommodating throughout our visit and helped us find a table that worked for us. Raquel was patient as we tried 3 different tables. Raquel made us feel comfortable and relaxed, and her warmth and attentiveness truly shun through.

Sandra was also incredible — Sandra's knowledge and expertise were so appreciated. Sandra thoughtfully helped identify dishes that would be safer for me to eat, and somehow still managed to recommend something absolutely delicious. That level of care means so much. Sandra was kind, compassionate and supportive to making us feel safer and comfortable to eat.

They graciously seated us outside next to the fountain, away from the crowd, which created such a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The sound of the water made the evening feel calm and intimate, and everyone was so accommodating about making sure we were comfortable.

The food itself was outstanding. The crisp thin breadsticks were addictive — light, delicate, and perfectly crunchy with that satisfying snap when you bite into them. Dipping the warm bread into the olive oil and balsamic vinegar was incredible. The olive oil was smooth, rich, and slightly peppery, while the balsamic added the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. Together, they soaked beautifully into the bread and made such a simple starter feel luxurious. The bread was soft and airy on the inside and crisp on the outside.

I also loved the pasta. The shape held onto the sauce perfectly, giving every bite a wonderful balance of texture and flavor. The pasta itself tasted fresh and tender with just the right firmness. Every forkful felt comforting and thoughtfully prepared.

My friend absolutely loved the chicken parm. It was beautifully done in a true Italian style — thin, tender chicken with a perfectly crisp coating that wasn’t heavy or greasy. The sauce tasted vibrant and fresh with rich tomato flavor, and the melted cheese on top added just the right creamy finish without overpowering the dish. Every bite was balanced, flavorful, and delicious.

This was one of those dining experiences where you can truly feel the care from the staff in every detail. Thank you to Jeff, Raquel, Sandra, and everyone at Firenze for such a memorable evening. We cannot wait to come back.”

“Indian/Nepalese cuisine is one of my favorite cuisines. I am South African and grew up eating eating variety of traditional curries and stews. I travel a lot for work and have had the fortune of trying some of the best Indian restaurants in the nation, including dozens of places in SoCal. Everest Himalayan Cuisine is by far, the best restaurant I've ever been to. This cozy casual restaurant opened in November originally for take-out. I am a big fan of dine-in, so I was excited to find out that they recently opened for dine-in. I came with my best friend (we're always looking for new favorite restaurants). We decided to get a couple things to share. Started off with the Lamb Momos. They were such a wonderful treat. For Entrees, we went with the Lamb Tikka Masala and the Butter Chicken with Cilantro Garlic Naan. While eating our Momos, an adjacent table received their Tandoori Chicken and Lamb. It smelled and sounded so good, we decided that we would have to order more (we also ordered Chicken Vindaloo and Chicken Tandoori). Our food came, and when I dipped my Naan into the sauce, I nearly cried it was so good. It reminded me of a better version of my grandmas famous Tikka Masala. It's was then, that I knew this would become my new favorite place. It was so flavorful and luscious. All the meat was so tender. The Naan was supple, while pillowy and stretchy at the same time, (clearly proofed perfectly). Every dish we tried was the best iteration of the dish I've ever had. I usually order my food quite spicy (9-10), but if you like a flavorful warm heat, get a 5 to 7. We ordered another order of the Cilantro Garlic Naan to get every bit of the sauce. I know I'll be back soon. I really would like to try more of their dishes and their desserts. They also have a nice Lunch Special, I'd like to try. Thank you for sticking around, and reading to the end. I hope more people discover this new place; there's nothing like it, especially in San Diego.”

“Pretty standard Indian food, probably a bit better than average overall, but at an absolutely incredible price/value, especially for 2026 - entrees were around $15 when we went. Their naan was also quite unique, being a lot lighter and crunchier than you might expect.

Decor was a bit outdated, and it seemed like most of their business was for takeout or delivery.”

Slices are cooked upon ordering for supreme freshness. I especially like the Lussuria - prosciutto, black pepper, mashed potato, mozzarella and olive oil. (I NEVER thought I would like mashed potato on a slice, but it's insanely good.) The help here is amazing as well. Caesar was working the oven and he gave great suggestions and explained the product well. Very inviting and definitely steered me in the right direction. Need gluten free? They got it! Will make a GF slice for you right on the spot. I challenge anyone to have just one slice. I had to go back for 2 more. Enjoy!”

“Amazzzzzzing! Went there on a business lunch and couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s been at least 20 years since I’ve been to a CPK. The food came fast, hot and tasty! The buffalo cauliflower was incredible! The staff was super friendly and even tried to help us load their app. Their app isn’t very easy to load, so ask for help! “Yummmmy. My fiance, son and I chose a restsurant near our hotel, and we were not disappointed. I chose Enzos bc it had BBQ, italian and wood fired pizzas. Jeff was our waiter and and was awesome. We ordered burnt ends, wings, original pizza added sausage and burrata app..... SOOO good. the ends were perfectly smoked and tender, burrata was simple but delicious and flavorful and that pizza was the best authentic pizza we all loved!!! Great service by both staff here. Bread pudding was anazing!!!! All around definitely coming back when in town!!”
