“Thanks for the excellent smoothie, smoothie bowl and service!I’m always on the hunt for good protein powder, since most is grainy and leaves a gross aftertaste. Choice has the best protein powder so far. Does not take away from the flavor of the smoothie, but adds to it.Jinda is kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. We ordered the Orange Dreamsicle bowl with granola and raspberry chia jam, and the Avatar smoothie. Both are delicious.We will be back when next in the area!“
“Is the juice a little pricey? Yes. But is it organic, fresh, and amazing? Also YES! They seem to do a really great job of not letting any juice stay on the shelf past its prime (which also means there are some 1/2 price deals to be had on certain days), and they seem to source things from reliable places, all organic as far as I know. The best is that the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to talk ingredients, etc. Excellent place!“
“I ordered the Tropical Cooler. It was low calories and tasted pretty good. Note that their smoothies all come in three sizes: small, medium, and large. The menus show two separate calorie values, which are for the small and medium sizes respectively (the number of calories for large smoothies is not provided).“
“Tried the jefe torta, lemonade with dragon and their strawberry and mango smoothie today with my mom and everything was so delicious! I live in east county, lakeside and have been to Chula Vista and el Cajon to try tortas but this place by far has been my favorite, ever! They are so friendly and have the best customer service! Have never had someone welcome me with a smile the entire time like them. It is a drive for me but I will definitely be back! To top it off, they have amazing prices! “I was hesitant the first time I tried Alohana. I was a die hard Everbowl customer for years. However, with Everbowl's rising prices and smaller portions it was time to find another spot. I like the Uppers bowl with no Nutella sub extra peanut butter. The staff is great and I've both ordered online to pick up as well as walked in. Easy both ways. The value of bowl you get for the price blows Everbowl out of the water. I recommend this store, you won't be disappointed.“

Although it doesn't seem like much, the acai bowl that we got here was actually very delicious and fresh! “This location is by far the BEST of all the Nekter Juice Bar's. The owner is AWESOME and is always here. Our orders are always consistent and customer service is great! What sets this location apart from the rest is the bang for the bucks and the customer service. Unlike the other Nekters around San Diego I have been to (La Jolla, Encinitas, and Carlsbad), when you order a fresh juice with ice, this location will give you a second cup with the remaining juice for the size you ordered. If you have a 32oz juice and the ice takes up 4oz, you will get the 4oz of juice in a second cup. They don't toss it out like other places. The customer service industry is deteriorating rapidly and you don't get that feeling when you come here. We are happy to call this our Spot!“

“Wow, did we find a great place. My daughter had an açaí bowl and I had a Moonlight Mango smoothie with pea protein added. Both were ready quickly and tasted so yummy. I had some nutrition questions about my smoothie and they were answered to my satisfaction. They have a good sized area to sit and enjoy your selection. I can’t wait to come back and try another menu item. I highly recommend this place for a great snack stop.“
