Edit: I recently Doordashed an order and they got it right without the instructions regarding honey! Pic added for proof… I can only assume they look at these reviews. I definitely wasn’t expecting this. Thank you! Changed my rating… only a 4 because sometimes there’s only one person working and they get overwhelmed causing a super long wait.

I loved this place last summer. I picked up 4 bowls today and it was awful. One poor girl working by herself. It took close to 30 minutes to get my 4 bowls. As she was about done making them I said can I pls have a bit of agave on them. Her response was sorry that’s extra. When I had just spent $50. I got home and the banana on the bowl is so overripe and soggy I had to throw it out and cut up a fresh banana. Disappointing.

The bases don’t have any flavor. I tried the acai, pitaya, and the blue one. Despite being visually different, they all tasted like nothing. It was weird. Maybe they use less sugar. The main redeeming factor is the amount of toppings and customization you can have, if you pick a whatever bowl. The price seems pretty reasonable, and the interior of the store is clean and nicely decorated. The toilet is gross though, and it needs to be deep cleaned.
