“Excellent food and very good service. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. It was expensive for breakfast, but great for a special occasion.”
“I am delighted with my experience at this Italian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was transported to Italy with a warm ambiance and friendly staff. The food was extraordinary; each dish burst with authentic flavors that joyfully made my taste buds sing. The attention to detail in every plate was evident, showcasing the chef's expertise and dedication to traditional Italian cuisine. The pasta was cooked to perfection, sauces were rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and made the entire dining experience even more delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable Italian dining experience in San Diego. In my opinion, this establishment undoubtedly deserves the title of the best Italian restaurant in town.”
“Pero mad Chingona! The shrimp basket was excellent. My guy brought me another beer since the kitchen was taking forever. 5/5. This place gets it and there is no better seafood on the peninsula!”

“Absolutely one of the best charcuterie boards we’ve ever had!! Great drinks, fabulous servers!!!”
“I was looking for coffee with good pastries near me in Mission Valley and Google maps led me here. I like Starbucks but wanted something different. I got a sugar free vanilla latte and a chocolate almond croissant. The coffee is delish and the croissant( from Bread and Cie) hit the spot. I had a nice chat with the lovely woman who owns the business. I can tell by her choices and her website she is offering really good quality to her customers. Give Snapshot a shot! I one I will be stopping here again.”
“Thank you for your service. The food was good and they have good prices and a great service.”
“My husband and I went here for a few drinks and appetizers, it was so delicious!! They have a great drink selection and the wings were so tasty. Our waitress was also super friendly and helpful - definitely will be back!”
“Talk about talent. These creations not only blow your mind, but also your taste buds. I’ve first hand witnessed the time and effort it takes to create these pieces of art. Let me just say when you place an order from this company, you will not be disappointed. If you’re looking for a company that takes pride in its work, goes above and beyond the call of duty look no further. 10:10 from customer service to product.”
“Great service and food! I’d recommend it to anyone.”
“I'm three bites into the bowl and its really good. I got the chicken and brown rice with greens and spicy house dressing. They have interesting ingredients too like crispy garlic, and you can tell they have been prepared to meet a high quality bar. Friendly service too.”
“we used to ho to the porkyland in Logan heights for many years ❤ love carnitas...”
“My friend was flying in from out of state and arrived at 12:30am, and we still have the option to enjoy such authentic Chinese bbq skewers. Everything was well seasoned. My only hope is having more skewer varieties!”

“Hands down one of the best pastries I’ve had. We visited the bakery at the end of the day so they only had a few options left. We got the orange almond cookie and cinnamon bun. Orange cookie was so fragrant and quite chewy. Cinnamon bun was extremely flaky and sugary (but not too sweet somehow). I will visit early another time to try out some other pastries.”

“Well, I don't live anywhere near Finjan, but I do have to go very near there about once a month for appts. Today was the day I stopped in to try their coffee. It was such a wonderful experience. I didn't want to go to the "usual" coffee places. I ordered a Salted Pistachio Iced Latte. While I waited, I was able to watch them make the typical Turkish Coffees in the hot sand pit which was so fun and interesting! The employees were so nice and helpful. If you want a "fast" cup of coffee, go somewhere else. Here, you will get an EXCEPTIONAL cup of coffee and homey, fun experience. Take a few minutes, slow down and enjoy this amazing place. Oh, I tried the Pistachio Baklawa. I'm Greek and make Baklava (In Greek) all the time, and this was delicious. Sad that it's not near my home. Would I make a special trip to come back? ABSOLUTELY! I will also bring my friends!!!”
“Absolutely worth the wait, this place is amazing. Not only is the food over the top great but the staff is super friendly and the service is top notch. I highly recommend and I will always be a customer!!!”
“Great food and great service! Food was fresh and expertly prepared! Probably the best service I have ever experienced and the place was busy at the time we were there!!”

“If you are looking for a true Italian experience in San Diego, look no further than Vinarius! We worked with Giuseppe (owner) to host our wedding celebration here back in March, 2023. From the beginning, he was amazing to work with. Incredibly positive and accommodating from the start, we couldn’t have asked for more. The wedding ceremony was planned to be outside and of course, it rained that day. Guiseppe and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowed us to have the small ceremony inside the restaurant on short notice and made an incredible meal to follow. Our guests were blown away and we couldn’t have been happier. We recommend Vinarius to everyone we know and that is thanks to Giuseppe and his awesome staff. Grazie mille!”
“Vietnamese coffee is very good. I love egg coffee at this place.
Parking: It takes 5-10 minutes to find free street parking. Otherwise paid parking garage just a walking distance to coffee shop and only $6/day.
There's a restaurant name Shank & Bone Vietnamese Restaurant on University Avenue it's a Vietnamese Pho restaurant just block away from Saigon Coffee.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kids like to take a walk around the area. Environment looks like a downtown”
“Very fun and lively atmosphere! The design is very well done. The food was great, I personally loved the oysters as they were served differently than I have experienced. The jalapeño Caesar salad was also amazing! Had a kick! Main dishes I enjoyed were the burger, and the chicken, very good and flavorful. Very fun and different cocktails to choose from along with fun zero proof options which is great if you do not drink alcohol. Service was spectacular, very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the menu. We will be coming back!”
“First of all, it is extremely difficult to make a reservation. ???
It took us TWO YEARS to finally dinning at this exquisite restaurant.??
I deeply appreciate this waitress to allow me to record this video. ❤️❤️❤️
The service is absolutely excellent! And it is not bad at all to enjoy your omakase on the patio. They have an under table heater so you won't feel cold.???
Parking is only street parking.
This humble looking Japanese restaurant is actually a Michelin One Star.
The only way to make a reservation is via their reservation partner. They will send you an email notification like two hours ahead of your reservation.
However, you have to really "fast hand" to confirm your reservation. If you are like a sloth, you will never be able to complete your reservation.???
And, they will charge a despite of $50/ person when the reservation is confirmed.”
“My wife and I eat at Ciccia’s regularly but this is our first review after 4 years. Sorry Francesca and Mario! (In my defense I practically never ever write a review.) We keep coming back for the food, ambiance and hospitality. **We’ve gone 3 times in the last week! The crab gnocchi is my wife’s favorite. I get something different almost every time. Every visit I ask Mario about the specials as I like to sample the beef and/or fish (Branzino!) they prepare in addition to pasta. Try the Tomahawk steak if it’s a special that day (call ahead) and you will be amazed. Too many times we fill up on appetizers like mushroom flan, breaded zucchini, calamari, antipasto, and the choices go on! But that’s what to-go containers are for. So much good food to eat at Ciccias we tend to order too many things. It is simply fun to dine there. Once you’re inside the restaurant area (patio area or indoor area) the ambiance is quaint and cozy. Ciccia’s is not big and it’s always filled, but we never feel like it’s too crowded. The energy is always fun and upbeat. Which makes people stay awhile, so let me recommend getting reservations. We’ve had to wait 10-15 minutes but nothing’s perfect! If you want a breezy quick dinner before going off to an event you may want to go to Ciccia’s on another night. Hospitality is what you would expect of a small Italian restaurant run by the owners. Terrific!! If it’s your first time, read their story on the website before you go. They are bona fide top chefs who followed their dreams to open their own place. What a gem it is tucked inside Barrio Logan. One thing regulars may notice is that staff doesn’t appear to turn over much as I’ve seen the same faces working there for years. I think that reflects well on the restaurant. I don’t take pictures of food very often but last night I did. We stopped by at around 9 just to get dessert and a cocktail. My wife had the ricotta cake with apricot and habanero sauce (wow!) and I had cassata siciliana which is traditional cake from Sicily. Pretty to look at and yes, it’s delicious. They do a good job with making an Old Fashioned, which always pairs well with dessert 😜 Buon appetito!”
“This place has thought of everything!!! The aesthetic is incredible, every detail better than the next, and the food and drinks are tastyyyyy with just as thoughtful service!! Shout out to our server Emmy, she was so sweet and on top of all our orders, thank you!”
“Spending my evening at a new restaurant in South Park called Il Posto. So far everything I’ve tried is spectacular.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Our server (I believe his name was Carter) was exceptional and very accommodating. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and flavorful. They also have a wide array of tasty cocktails to choose from. The only critique I have is the portion size. I don't mind paying a premium and I acknowledge the quality but the value should be commensurate with the cost. Otherwise, we had an excellent experience. Highly recommend.”
“@kinmesd delivered a memorable experience for us. From beginning to end I was in awe with the attention to detail, precision and heart they put into every bite. There was never a moment we weren’t taken care of by the chef’s assistants. It was beautiful to watch a group of people work together, harmoniously, and the reflection that had on the food.
@kinmesd I will be thinking about this meal for a very long time. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner such a special experience.”
“Came here with a buddy to celebrate his promotion. Got the executive meat plate since we'd never tried the steaks here before. The best for me was the dry aged filet mignon followed by the dry aged ribeye. Lamb lollipops were great snack while we waited for the main course. Drinks were a little bit pricey, but the old fashioned had a proper fat wash and the flavor was superb. Overall it was a fun spot for a special occasion and certainly one of the premium steak houses in San Diego to get dry aged cuts.”
“Normally I like to keep gems like this to myself, but walking through literal back alleys in San Diego to be introduced to this incredible Hi-Fi listening speakeasy was just too awesome and I hope everyone I love gets a chance to get on the reservation list, stat. I'm a speakeasy veteran with a coast to coast cocktail sipping resume that spans from SF to Boston and New Orleans to Chicago, and this spot has definitely landed in my top ten. The atmosphere, the staff, the tunes, and the drinks are all so special and perfectly curated for maximum delight. Every aspect of CMB is comfortable and balanced, and so very easy to enjoy. They found a great groove and kept it going.”
“Very nice environment and outstanding food and entertainment 👌 😀”
“Very fun and lively atmosphere! The design is very well done. The food was great, I personally loved the oysters as they were served differently than I have experienced. “Had a date night here because of a TikTok we had seen. The concept was original. A three course meal inspired drink menu. The TikTok I had seen was 3 custom drinks according to your liking and style. However, the first and third course are now “picked” for you. I was able to make some adjustments to my third however my boyfriend and i still decided to switch, as it was too strong for my liking. Id also like to add that our bartender had left for a break. I feel like this is important because he had got to know us for the first two courses that I feel like my third course would've been tailored a lot better with someone that was more so my style, which is the whole concept. My second course, that's completely tailored to you, was perfect. I asked for tropical, creamy, sweet but not overly sweet, and tart. I got exactly what I asked for! If I came again and my bartender took a break I would simply just ask if I could wait for mine to come back because of them simply getting to know you and your palate for drinks. But overall, the experience was amazing and I'm thinking of coming back with a group for my birthday.... Also, they do not have any food just “snacks”given for a palate cleanser.”

“I haven't been to rudfords in years, do to moving south. I was so hungry for the outstanding split pea soup on Saturday, still the best ever. So glad jordan is still working there, he is so delightful and and friendly, he is definitely a keeper. So glad exmanager jose is gone,. What a scan. K sorry about Diane's passing, I really liked her. Keep up the good work. Spinach omelette for awesome, wow.”
“I recently visited this Taco shop and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. We walked in for an evening meal and, honestly, with low expectations.
Everyone in my party chose different items and they were all delicious. My husband and I ordered tortas, his asada and mine chicken. Chicken tortas are typically not very tasty. This is the first one I've ever had that was quite delicious. My husband, who is very picky about his food was also happy. That is rare. I don't live in the area but when I'm there in the future, I'll definitely be back. Great tasting food!”
“I have got to say…. I am so happy we decided to do this for our pup, Cash. We have a 6 month old Rottie and I was so happy to introduce these products. First thing given was the rabbit foot. He played with it for a couple minutes to eventually devouring it! Next was the Lamb Trachea. Again, being foreign, he played with it for a couple of minutes and then devoured it. My boy devoured the rabbit head and Cow ear I loved being able to see the teeth. To know that my boy is gaining these nutrients as a chew is awesome. Those are the only four items we have tried. He has eaten three rabbit feet, one cow ear, one rabbit head and two tracheas. So happy we made this decision. I now live in North Dakota but I am from SD and love that we’re able to support a small company. Would love to continue supporting the best ways possible. Keep up the great work!!”
“They make the best tacos and burritos in the world, period! We had a few fish and shrimp tacos here and took some more to-go, along with a couple of burritos. The food was fresh and full of flavors and priced ridiculously low for such great quality and huge portions. The staff was friendly and quick.”
“Ordered rolled tacos and other dishes. Most of our food was good. However, the role tacos were very hard.....not crispy but tortillas were really hard and could not chew.
Parking: There are not many parking spaces for the taco shop. Most of the slots are for the shops in the small center and hard to find a spot most of the time . Also hard to find parking on the street. Your best bet would be to go in the drive through and go to eat somewhere else.”
“Foodiz Kitchen played a key role in making our family celebration truly special. They provided multiple meals that were not only delicious but beautifully presented. The team was incredibly easy to work with and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend for any event!
Dietary restrictions: Easily navigated our needs.”
“Nick took care of us from the moment we walked in! The menu was innovative and ingredients tasted very fresh. Really enjoyed our lunch; hoping to fit in one more visit before heading home to GA. And excited to know there is a location in Atlanta!”
“It’s a beautiful restaurant in Carmel. It’s delicious. Serving sizes are huge and healthy. I loved all the healthy choices they had. I ended up trying the beat salad. It was amazing!”
Takeout Restaurants
“Order ahead if you're in a hurry and avoid the wait (although it's totally worth it). The food speaks for itself as the best spicy fried chicken you can get from a chain restaurant (Cane and Kentucky who??). The staff at the Mira Mesa location are awesome too as they are patient, calm and very helpful with any customizations and recommendations too”
“Great place, great food, service is excellent, everybody is having a good time and it shows, this place is a must in SD, whether you go as a couple or with friends, definitely recommended!!!”
“The food is delicious and hospitality is too good.Staff is polite .Main attraction is dancing noodle show. They have robot service for food. must visit this restaurant for at least once🥰😋”

“My daughters and I had brunch here, and the staff was really friendly. The place had a nice atmosphere with great outdoor seating. While it's not a vegan restaurant, they were able to adjust my dish, the Mediterranean Breakfast, to make it vegan. Everything was good, but the salad was way too salty with too much dressing. I should have asked for the dressing on the side. My daughter got the churros. They were okay, but I thought they were too doughy, so I wouldn’t order them again.”
“I was nervous about the flavors, mostly because I didn’t know what they were! But was able to taste test and decided on the Quattroberry and stracciatella. Delicious! Great price- $6.50 for two big scoops! Definitely wanted to go back. Try the dragon fruit/lemon one- super tart and so good!”
“My family and I were visiting San Diego for my daughters 21st birthday. I thought of everything but the cake. I called Kona Kakes on Friday hoping for a cake by Sunday, I was told they are closed on Sunday, so they could have it ready on Saturday. We were enjoying the zoo Saturday and I completely forgot about the cake. It was after store hours but I tried to reach them by phone anyways, the owner answered and said she would wait for us to arrive. This in itself was truly amazing, but the cake! The cake was beautiful, delicious, moist, decadent, and extremely flavorful! We had the Caramel Macadamia Nut Cake. Everyone and most of all, my daughter loved the cake! If you live near Kona Kakes then count yourself blessed and try this place. I wish there was a Kona Kakes in Las Vegas.”
“We had a cider from here at the San Diego Zoo and had to check it out and glad that we did! What a wonderful place!!!
The bartender was very knowledgeable and we had amazing service the entire time. The decor and everything just fit and suited the vibe. One of the best thing is about this place is that it's DOG FRIENDLY! Met the cutest furry friends here that just added to the experience.
Definitely do the cider tasting and the polenta tots was different and interesting. Seems like a great place for a meal, catch a sports game or catch up with friends or a nice place to chill while you are in between meet ups or appointments.”
“Romantic escape, offering an intimate ambiance and beautifully crafted dishes that surprise and delight. The creative cocktails and attentive service make it the perfect spot for a memorable evening.”
“Hey I just want to say the Luna grill down in Carmel valley was amazing and I want to give a special thank you to Athena for helping me out with my order she was polite and made sure i got everything I needed I recommend anyone that loves Mediterranean food check out this location 2 thumbs up will be back”

“Shaun stands out as the most extraordinary restaurant manager I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. His service wasn't just outstanding—it was genuinely awe-inspiring. As a solo diner, Shaun made an extra effort to ensure I felt incredibly welcomed. His dedication to going above and beyond was evident in his eagerness to share fascinating insights about the kitchen, catering perfectly to my enthusiasm as a food aficionado. While the cuisine at Addison was nothing short of superb, it was Shaun's unparalleled service that elevated the entire experience to divine heights. His warm, understanding, and inviting personality made every interaction memorable. The thoughtful gesture of a sweet little treat upon departure was the cherry on top of a flawlessly coordinated dining experience. Having visited other Michelin-starred establishments, I can confidently place Addison in my top three worldwide dining experiences, largely thanks to Shaun's exceptional touch. Truly, a delightful experience in every sense.”
“We came here to celebrate my birthday and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The dining room is intimate but well appointed, with obvious care given to the sensory experience. Every dish was meticulously prepared, and the Chefs were friendly and knowledgeable. Their love for food and the culinary experience was evident in every dish. We can't wait to go back and see what else Chef John has in store for us!”
“Classy and elegant atmosphere perfect for a fine dining experience (without the snobbery)! The table side caviar service is pure ecstasy and a must if you’ve never had it before. The whiskey flights did not disappoint either. Our waiter treated us like family and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a memorable meal, the Huntress is a slam dunk! Highly recommend!”
“The Prestige - Magic Lounge & Showroom, San Diego is a magical experience that i would say everyone should experience in there lives. It is so amazing. I give it 5 Star Plus. You can swing by and get a handcrafted drink and watch some of the best magicians in the world entertain you, on the world famous closeup stage, or you can reserve at spot for the dinner show, which i say is the best. its a whole experience, you get a multi course meal, which is the best. The Chef at Presige is World Renown. He is amazing, and artist with food. The food and the plating is top notch. Im a mac and cheese guy and its the best mac and cheese i have ever had. Also the prime rib is so delicious and mouth watering too. They have so many options for food choices, you can even add more food options if you want more courses of food. the magic in the dinner show is spell binding for sure. the magicians that you see on fool us and on agt and on tv shows, many of them are the magicians on the stage during the theater dining show. the theatre is so intimate and so comfortable. every seat is a good seat. also the decor is so beautiful too. if you go bring your camera, because you are going to take many pictures, trust me. they have many banners of famous magicians from the past. they do an amzing job honoring the giants in magic, and also at the bar area, tv playing with footage of magic greats too . its like disneyland, the staff, bar tenders, servers, back of house, all the house magicians, do a top notch job, they work so hard to provide the best service. Every time i come there, they always exceed my expectations. I love this place so much and this you will love it too. go check it out”
“We had a great dining experience at The Amalfi Llama tonight. The crab cake appetizer was amazing and contained huge pieces of crab. The filet was delicious and so flavorful. The tiramisu was delicious and so light. Our server Valentyn was also excellent. He was so attentive and extremely thoughtful. He anticipated our every need through the evening. We will definitely be coming back in the near future for the food and for the service! Thank you for a very memorable evening! See you again soon!”

“My roommate and I have been coming here for a while, it's easily one of our favorite regular spots. The atmosphere is stylish and gives off great vibes and always feels welcoming. The food is always fresh coming from local California farms. The drink menu is solid with all of the staples and some with added twists. The owners Chris and Jenn are amazing, they and their staff are always kind and provide incredible service. Other points to consider are the burger of the month, a rotating culinary delight often themed and always delicious, and the establishment holds many different events from art shows, drink and paint, trivia and so many others. Honestly, it's always a great place with friendly people. Chris and Jenn are leaders in the community and work to not only provide delicious food, and a great experience but also work hard to make the community better. Would recommend, and do recommend to everyone and anyone. 5/5 stars.”
“Ok, I am from NY and love pizza. I am not a NYC pizza snob though and welcome all iterations of 'za! I have to say that this pizza is probably the best I have ever had of its type. They are "Roman" slices, meaning focaccia crust. Variety of slice options are insane with creative combinations that are not only imaginative, but insanely delicious. Slices are cooked upon ordering for supreme freshness. I especially like the Lussuria - prosciutto, black pepper, mashed potato, mozzarella and olive oil. (I NEVER thought I would like mashed potato on a slice, but it's insanely good.) The help here is amazing as well. Caesar was working the oven and he gave great suggestions and explained the product well. Very inviting and definitely steered me in the right direction. Need gluten free? They got it! Will make a GF slice for you right on the spot. I challenge anyone to have just one slice. I had to go back for 2 more. Enjoy!”
“Best korean in New Hampshire! authentic korean. this is not korean bbq, though they do have kalbi. my favorite is soondubu soup, stone pot bibimbap, and japchae. I get it without egg and no meat. i enjoy dining in for the stone pot that crisps the rice, but also enjoy take out. everything is wrapped up good and safe. my family manages a severe nut allergy and eat here safely weekly.”
“Makai Sushi offers a cozy, casual dining experience where the focus is clearly on the freshness of the ingredients. I tried their hapa roll, featuring Aji tuna and crab, and was impressed by how fresh everything tasted. The venue itself is small, with just four tables inside, but the patio provides a more spacious alternative. It’s a counter-service spot, so you order up front and they bring the food to your table—perfect for a relaxed meal. When I visited, the place wasn’t busy, allowing for quick service. A word of advice: the rolls are generous, and the large pieces make it a challenge to eat in one bite. I’m eager to return and explore their sushi burritos next time!”
“The food was good, but I had to wait a long time since the restaurant was crowded. I love the decoration of the food. The taste is a combination of Asian and Hispanic, very unique.”
“Absolutely delicious Lebanese food! Must try the dessert aaysha essaraya.. zatar bread. They have a lot of vegetarian options too .. and the service is friendly!”
“Stopped in for a quick lunch while I was in the area. Wow! I was very pleasantly surprised by the elegant but welcoming atmosphere, professional and friendly service, & excellent food! Their Market Lettuces salad makes the perfect lunch, but the Hummus starter and Bread of the Dead pizza is also highly recommended! I can not wait to come back for dinner and try their infamous octopus (also available at lunch fyi). Will return again and again!”

“Fun atmosphere with delicious Peruvian-Chinese fusion food. I got the paella and yucca and really enjoyed them both! The paella in particular was the perfect symphony of umami, crunch (octopus and squid), and heat. Servers were also very friendly and efficient, which I greatly appreciated. My server, Cean, was attentive and helpful in recommending dishes. Definitely will come back again!
Parking: Limited free parking spots on site”

“Fabulous food served in a no-frills, casual atmosphere. The service was excellent and Chef Luciano Cibelli comes out of the kitchen and checks with every table to see how diners are doing. Great place to celebrate a special occasion. We enjoyed the seafood fettucini, chicken parmesian, and the catch of the day, which was sea bass on a bed of roasted vegetables, with beet purée and a delicious beurre blanc. Delish!”
“Best food, drink, service and atmosphere I have experienced in a long time. Rivals Michelin restaurants.”
“Carbon is easily one of the best restaurants in San Diego! My boyfriend and I had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner there—great service, delicious drinks, and incredible food. I ordered the pistachio campanelle, which was an easy 11/10, and my boyfriend had the picanha steak—also 11/10! We shared a sangria, and to top it off, they surprised us with cannolis on the house. Our waitress, Michelle, was attentive and so much fun. Plus, if you’re sitting outside and get chilly, they even have blankets. We’re still talking about it. We’ll definitely be back with friends!”
“Love everything about this place! Andrea, the owner is fantastic. Love his story and his journey. The food, service and atmosphere are equally amazing!!! Great neighborhood resturant. Wish him all the best!”
“2nd visit and again food and service were great. only complaint was they cleared my dessert when I wasn't finished without asking. took that as hint to leave.”
“Came here on a Thursday around 5pm which was perfect before the rush. For my first time, this place definitely hit the spot! It is not AYCE but rather you pay by lb. You pick out all of your toppings/meat, weigh it, and pick your broth. There is a pound minimum and the price goes by $13.99/lb.
This spot is perfect especially if you don't want to stuff yourself and just choose exactly how much you can eat (hence cheaper than AYCE). On top of that, if you can't finish it, you can take it home!!
The best part is their skewers!!! SOOOO FLAVORFUL! I ordered their gizzard, pork belly, and beef all mild.
All in all, for my first time trying Taiwanese Hot Pot, this would be absolutely perfect on a super cold day/when I'm feeling a little sick. Each bite and sip of the soup felt like a warm hug. 10/10”
“Just went for the first time at Shabu Works!! Absolutely loved it… can’t wait to go back 😋”
“It was my first time trying Hot Pot, the food was excellent. The experience was also great. Lots of options and everything was fresh.”
“The best dining event in a long while. Food is terrific and the beer is literally ice cold. The owner is delightful! Please visit cause it is a treat.”
“I ordered a medium rare burger, fries and beer which where cooked exactly how I wanted it. The cherry on top was my waitress Molly, who provided excellent service with a smile.”
“Cannot wait to go back and enjoy the the food, excellent service and ambience of this restaurant. We often each brunch here and their chef events are amazing! I savor every bite 🤤”
“We didn't like the table was a very tight table for 4 we may not return because I don't want to be in the same situation with a table like this, everything else was excellent”
“Fantastic fresh food; great sushi bar. Wonderful service from Kaz. I highly recommend..best sushi and sashimi around!”
“Absolutely one of the best charcuterie boards we’ve ever had!! Great drinks, fabulous servers!!!”
“Food was good. However, the cashiers were busy cleaning up for the night vs taking care of customers. It wasn’t late, either. It was around 7:30 or 7:45 on a Sunday. The cleaners they use are very strong. Very pinesol or something like that. Glad I got food to go because I wouldn’t want to have smelled the cleaners during dinner. Dining room had zero vibe.”
“Nick took care of us from the moment we walked in! The menu was innovative and ingredients tasted very fresh. Really enjoyed our lunch; hoping to fit in one more visit before heading home to GA. And excited to know there is a location in Atlanta!”
“Just chat with the staff. They will match you perfectly with their brew. This place is definitely an “Experience” for me and a few co-workers.”
“I haven't been so excited about coming back to a restaurant in a really long time. So we came in this morning because I was hungry and we wanted something quick to eat (we had an appointment in 30 minutes). Well, this was not the right place for it. This place is beautiful! The walls are covered in amazing art, it's also a gallery. The owners (who I assume are the ones that are running the place, I may be wrong) are so friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is so laid back. It's a place to enjoy, not to rush through. We happened to have come in at the same time as another couple and decided to leave and get fast food so we could make it to our appointment. We let our host know since he was approaching us to take our order. I am writing this review to let everyone know of this wonderful place. They offer a wide vegetarian selection in their menu, and their drinks sounded lovely. I'm definitely coming back, I can't wait to try the Turkish coffee and the iced tea with mint!!!”
“This was our 1st anniversary in November, 1991. This is the first booth inside the door, our favorite. In the several years before meeting Patti, I had taken more than a few dates to Baci’s. Why go there? The food, the service, the personal interaction with staff. Talking to the owner once, I discovered he was neighbors with my roommates brother. We left San Diego in 1992 but winter there since retiring and visit Baci’s every year. So happy they’re still going strong.”
“Great JAPANESE Tonkatsu served with shredded cabbage salad just like in Japan”
“Recomiendo todo Es un súper lugar cómodo ,bendecido Su personal y su comida Es lo máximo Sus bebidas no hay comparación ,su personal de la barra es súper Cada vez que tengo la bendición de estar en ese lugar me hacen sentir muy especial Todo absolutamente todo lo recomiendo Gracias CATANIA”
“Wow, such great food and awesome service! Had the lobster roll and it was quality lobster and overflowing with actual meat. Everything was delicious.”
“The food is SO good. The chef was super friendly and nice. We can’t wait to go back. 😄”
“Great selection of vegan and vegetarian options. I had the vegan ramen (excellent, added kimchi dumplings), a sweet potato bao bun (yum), and crispy tofu. The last two items are part of the happy hour menu, which is a great deal. The owner came out, spoke to me for a bit, and brought back an off-menu dish if yakitori trumpet mushrooms that were beautiful. This is definitely a new go-to for me!”
“This place was the most amazing place to have a party. I would recommend it for all my friends and and will come again for sure. they worked with my allergy which is amazing because most places don't. thank you guys sooo much.”
“Food and service were top notch! My only small gripe is the flies for outdoor seating. There’s little cute fans restaurants can now have at tables to keep them at bay. It just takes away from the atmosphere when you’re swatting non stop.”
“Great space and good beers. Always good for that sunset on the patio.”
“Their gluten-free pizza is hands-down the best pizza I've ever had, gluten-free or gluten-full! Their gluten-free pasta is phenomenal as well. Incredibly fast service for a Friday night as well.”
“Must visit. I don't care for most breweries but East Village Brewing changed that. Definitely try the Sandlot.”
“Terrific staff and beer! Sierra was terrific, personable and helpful. The manager took the time to buss our table and ask about what we liked. He even brought samples of beers he was excited about sharing. Extraordinary work gang!
Kid-friendliness: Our kiddo (16 months) was well taken care of and had fun in open space”
“Such a wonderful vegan oasis in the San Fernando Valley! As locals know vegan offerings in the valley are limited compared with the rest of the city. I am so happy that I found this place I will be coming here often! Great food and atmosphere all around!”
“My roommate heard I was meeting a friend at our favourite Bonchon for lunch and persuaded me to come here instead. When she recommends food, I am never disappointed, and bonus that this is closer to work and home, too! We ordered three flavours to try, and all were fantastic. My favourite was between Saigon and Honey Jam. My friend loved the Sweet and Spicy. The chicken breading was light and crispy, inside hot and juicy, fried to perfection. Loved the cute little menu holders on each table. Welcome to the neighborhood and see you again soon!
Parking: The parking lot can get busy at peak times, but I’ve always been able to find a spot near my destination.”
“Our server, David C, was great and very friendly ! The food was also delicious. We brought our 7 months old baby with us. The restaurant was very accommodating as well. Had a great night here !”
“I’ve been ordering meals from Lean Machine for years. I’ve tired a few other meal service companies but no one compares. They’re the only ones that allow you to customize your meals by portion, carb, protein and vegetable choice. They also have great customer service.”
“Amazing food, amazing cocktails, amazing service, and amazing ambience. Highly recommend!!!”
“You can feel the chef in the sauces and the finish of each dish… a true dedication to what the first bite can do for the experience of fine dining and the cuisine… bravo”
“If you’re intrigued by this place or overwhelmed by the menu, just get the special beef döner kebab and finish it with a coffee and the best baklava I’ve ever had. Going back home to Greek and generic Mediterranean versions of these foods will be hard. The in house made bread was just as good as the perfectly seasoned and flavorful meat. The coffee was perfectly matched by sweet but not too sweet baklava. The owner was humble and so nice. Please support this business if only for the fact that I’ll know where I’m going first when I get in to town; Istanbul Döner Kebab.
Vegetarian options: Rice, salad, bread, smoothies. May not be Vegan but not sure.
Kid-friendliness: There was a family when I was in there. Nothing that wouldn’t make this not kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible tables”
“Wow the beef is perfectly marinated and paired with the shrug sauce absolutely delicious! I really loved how helpful Ruth and hector were and the overall hospitality. You can also tell just how fresh the food is!”

“The OFF SHORE TAVERN AND GRILL located on Morena Blvd in Bayshore San Diego is very good place. All of the staff are exceptional. MGRs have welcomed me & all others since day one and continue to provide fantastic service. Doug & Dan just could not try harder to make this establishment succeed any better. Them and all the servers could receive a higher rating as personable and attentive people. They ALL make Everybody welcome . Major Kudos to Doug, Dan, Ramy and ALL of the crew”
“Rosinas is consistently excellent authentic Italian food. The only food downside ( which is why I gave Food a 4 out of 5 rating), is their Ceaser salad...it is consistently bland, really watery, and tasteless...such an unpleasant surprise given that ALL of the other salads are so delicious, and ALL of the other food is delicious. Rosina, PLEASE update the Ceaser salad..it is really awful.”
“There was a time when this was my “go to”place for Italian food. Unfortunately after the first owners sold (back in the 80’s or 90’s I think) they went to a “conveyor oven” for cooking pizza. The people who bought Etna’s owned several other Italian restaurants around town and seemed to be successful. Unfortunately they took out a couple of “deck ovens” to streamline the kitchen, like their other restaurants, and quit cooking pizza in those ovens. What they didn’t understand was the pizza bread used to make Etna’s unique pizza was formulated to be cooked in a deck oven. It’s like the difference between a grilled cheese sandwich and a toasted cheese sandwich… it’s just not the same. The caramelization of the sugars in the dough enhanced the overall texture and taste of the pizza when cooked in a deck oven. I’ve lived in San Diego my whole life and have been going to Etna’s since 1976. Etna’s Pizza dough seemed to be the same when the new owners took over and when they changed the way they cooked it ruined the original flavor. I quit going as often as I used to and eventually after several owners later and never going back to using deck ovens the writing was on the wall. The last owners and employees were rude and unattentive. I was hoping they would return to using deck ovens for their pizza but they did not. I tried to explain the reasoning but was rebuffed. So now another San Diego institution has passed into history. The late night (open til 3:00am) seven days a week only Italian restaurant way back when is gone. It’s a shame this new generation will never know the flavors and history of some of these old and iconic family owned and operated businesses.”
“Tired of the same old dining experience? Craving a symphony of flavors that dance on your taste buds? Look no further than Sattvik Foods, where every meal is a standing ovation for your senses. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with the warm, aromatic embrace of spices that promises a culinary adventure. The decor? A tasteful blend of modern chic and traditional charm—think Bollywood meets Broadway. Now, let's talk food. All curries here are so velvety smooth. The Samosas are crisp little parcels of joy, hiding spiced potatoes and peas that pack a punch. And the service? Impeccable. The staff navigates the bustling dining room with the grace of seasoned performers, ensuring your glass is never empty and your plate is always full. Whether you're a spice novice or a seasoned curry connoisseur, Sattvik Foods' consistently scrumptious offerings will have you singing its praises. Just be prepared to book your encore performance—you'll definitely want to return for an encore!”
“Absolutely the most of the most! The veggies are abundant fresh and crispy. the pork is tender and flavorful and the tiny rice noodles are hot and well cooked. they serve it with large lettuce leaves that you wrap all the goodies up as a Vietnamese burrito. and dip it into a flavorful sauce called fish sauce but it is not fishy and does not taste like fish. Tops! Every dish is tops. and the soups are also fun to try. A fun meal pretty much describes the Saigon Restaurant. Thank you, Victor. He's the top cheese there. I'm so happy this restaurant survived the pandemic.”

“Giving this restaurant anything but 5 stars all- around is wild. Quixote exceeding my and my wife’s expectations by miles!
The vibe in the restaurant was top notch, felt trendy but not pretentious. Very laid back. We had to wait a little for our table as the restaurant was very busy, we sat at the bar in the meantime. Service at the bar was very timely and the bar staff were very friendly! I got the Vernita Green - absolutely delicious! A generous pour but not overbearing.
Once seated, we ending up getting six different dishes. Everything was shareable. To say the food was delicious would be the understatement of a lifetime. The memelita was our favorite. So juicy, so much flavor! I recommend the shrimp tacos, the memelita, and the pulpo (a delectably interesting version IMO). To top it off we had the fritters for dessert - and let me tell you… AMAZING!
Going to this restaurant is a must! So glad we went and will 10000000% be back for our favorites and to try more!”

“Chinese street food in a sit down environment l, most people come to buy things like the smoked duck neck by the pound( which is amazing by the way)or some seasoned veggies.
For me the star is the skewers any and everything is amazing chose between 5 spice spicy extra spicy or sweet and sour for each it doesn't matter they're all awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful everything is made to order BTW and it comes out hot and fast.”
“I went there to eat with a coworker for lunch earlier today. It was my very first time having been there. I was recommended by a couple of my friends. The restaurant was pretty spacious and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the laab seen (ລາບຊີ້ນ) a Lao minced beef salad and the tom khueng nai (ຕົ້ມເຄື່ອງໃນ) a Lao beef innards soup with some sticky rice. Lunch was delicious. I will definitely be going back there again. I will be bringing my mom. She was actually the person that had brought up this place to me before as well. See you again in the near future.”
“Super cute and charming. Like being on a movie in Paris. Delicious finger food appetizer options for happy hour and great pastries too. Felt their team is still a bit getting adjusted since we were waiting to order and no one even noticed us. Also coffee was ready but no one was bringing to our table. Other than that we will absolutely be back. Cute outdoor courtyard with heaters.”
