“Very nice atmosphere, waiter was attentive, pleasant and very helpful, my burger with mushrooms was very good but a little dry; maybe with some kind of creamy sause or more sautéed onions with the mushrooms would of been perfect (for me).“

Came in expecting a solid Chili’s meal and somehow got VIP level service. Our server was on point the entire time - drinks refilled before we even realized they were low, food out fast, and genuinely great attitude the whole night.
Also, credit where it’s due. Chili’s still knows how to do the classics right. Chips and salsa disappeared immediately, the margaritas did their job, and the skillet queso should honestly be considered a national treasure.
Great food, great service, great night. Chili’s remains undefeated. 🌶️“

As a parent of an autistic son, I truly appreciate when staff are understanding and accommodating. Viola went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable. She patiently answered our questions about the menu, offered great suggestions, and was attentive to our needs throughout our meal.
Her kindness and professionalism made a significant difference in our outing, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making our visit special.
