“I've had a lot of favorite breweries over the years but this one is probably my current one. The beers are frankly unbearable. They have many German and European beers, and what they have rotatates. But they're always sure to have some from every part of the beer spectrum - light to dark, hoppy to good. The beer tastes the best in the city.
They don't serve food, but they share a courtyard with a couple spots that do. Food is closed 1 day/week. The other days, there is always something going on - live music, trivia, canasta - it's a lively and great place. Highly recommend checking it out! (On a day that the other Business (food) are open.
Street parking is ample if you're willing to walk ~1

“The team who works here is amazing. The beer has depth and character and the Hazy's.... OMG! Top notch! It is a San Diego must see/taste brewery. One thing that stands out as well is that the have sours but not traditional ones. They are not sour at all, more like a fruit drink. I can now bring my non beer loving friends with me and enjoy. There are two other breweries attached to this one as well. Three breweries who all have specialties so whatever type of beer you like you will find it it.“

“Came here to meet a group of friends to watch the Iran vs Egypt soccer game and Padres vs Dodgers game. The upstairs was closed, but the downstairs was packed with people both inside and outside.
The bartender was great. The beer selection was solid, and I really enjoyed their hazy IPAs.
We also tried their bbq pizza, and it was a standout. The crust was super crispy, and the flavor overall was really good.
Overall, this is a lively spot that’s perfect for watching a game. Tons of TVs throughout, great beer, and excellent pizza. It’s got a fun, social vibe and is an easy place to hang out with friends for a game or a casual night out.“

“I'm a newbie when it comes to brewing beer. I found Home Brew Mart while investigating the brewing scene. I'm so glad I found them. I started by taking a beginner brewing class that taught me all the basics I needed to start brewing. I have now brewed several batches of beer using their recipes posted online. The guys are duper knowledgeable and have helped me successfully brewing my own beer. If I have questions, they have answers. If you are looking to start home brewing or just need a local source of ingredients and knowledge, you should consider Home Brew Mart. I'm definitely glad I did!“

“I have been to this Hopnonymous location a few times since it opened, most recently for a world cup match, and I have been blown away each time by the friendliness of the staff as well as the quality of the brews. In an area like normal heights, which we all know has plenty of choices for bars, this place really makes an effort to earn repeat business. Great people and great beers!“
“I love this location. Been a handful of times. My first visit, was the first real time I have been introduced to Gluten Free beer. I have family friend who I believe is a “Celiac” and this brewery is one of the few that he can enjoy. I visited the Encinitas location, staff and vibe was off the day I went but here it’s always fun. Beer has gotten a little stale for me considering they always have the same product. So my only critique would be is experiment with more beers haha.“

“Came in Saturday night with my girlfriend. We watched a bit of drama unfold with another female patron, and somehow got pulled into it. The staff stayed friendly and professional the whole time. It ended up being such a wild, weird experience we’ll never forget. but the beer was on point and the two guys there were super chill. We’ll definitely come back here on our travels.“

“It's not often I get back home to Poway, but when I do I make sure that AleSmith Brewing Company is on my list of places to visit. Easy to get to off Miramar Road coming from the north or south. We visited a Wednesday to start off our little beer crawl, as we had a family member from Maryland visiting.
It was quiet and not crowded as we arrived with a taco truck out front and smell of wort in the air. We opened a tab and ordered our beers, taking a set at one of the high chaired tables, looking back toward the brewery. AleSmith does good beer from the Speedway Stout series to the Tony Gwynn, .394 Pale Ale, they know their brewing.
We checked out the merch on hand from hats to shirts and glasses/mugs to golf coolers. AleSmith doing beer right in San Diego. We didn't go back for a second round knowing we were going to have a more beer to sample from other San Diego favorites. But if you want a good time, good beer, AleSmith is the place to go.“

The Strawberry Margarita Seltzer was so yum! James was very nice and super helpful. I just hope down the line they stop using AI flyers & art. Usually I wouldn’t go to an event or establishment that uses AI to advertise since it looks tacky & it’s stolen art.“

“Societe Brewing Company has a nice central location in Kearny Mesa just off of Clairmont Mesa Blvd with a traffic light so relatively easy to get in and out of. Lots of tables both inside and outside and great to meet up with friends for a quick drink. Now the place is extremely loud with terrible acoustics so if the place is relatively full you have to yell to hear people right next to you. Also, under the Marine Core Air Base so lots of noise from the jets. I would not recommend any business events or groups except just friends that don't mind hanging out. Having Chacho’s food truck right next to the brewery is fantastic as you can get quick eats while drinking beer.“

“We had our wedding reception upstairs at Mission Brewery and it was the best decision ever. The manager Eric went above and beyond for us and made something so easy. Our bartender, I believe his name was George was so so great and also made our night to remember. Parking is nearby, close to many hotels, lots of space, and great beers. Highly recommend booking all of your events at Mission Brewery.“
